Words truly can’t express how grateful I am for this team! As both a professional groomer and a regular customer, I’ve found that their products are amazing and their service is world-class. Everything about this company is perfect, but what really sets them apart is the people. Chuck and Marki consistently go above and beyond, treating every customer with the highest level of care and respect. It’s rare to find such high-quality products backed by a team that genuinely cares about your success. I’m so thankful they are here!

The Flex it purple/silver Dog Brush is the best brush I’ve ever used to groom my 11yo German Shepherd Dog! The undercoat is easily removed & stays in the brush until I take it out. No flying all over the place! The finishing side glides through his coat & leaves him so handsome! I finished in half the time it usually takes to remove that amount of fur. So much less hand & arm fatigue! Thank you so much for inventing the Flex it brush & allowing it to be available to the public!

It is the warehouse/ production facility. I went there thinking it was the store and when I walked in was met by a room full of stares. The owner came over and introduced himself and explained that the store was either next to or inside his wife's grooming salon that was several blocks away near the post office. When I told her I had a Yorkie puppy her eyes lit up and she began telling me all the supplies I'd need and how she was a master groomer for 30 years and when was I making my grooming appointment and ordering what she recommended. I told her I would only need shampoo and brushes and was going to wait on the grooming for now. At that point an employee came up to her and asked if she was going to the store because he needed to do something over there and he'd take her. She turned to him and said "No, why?" When he motioned to me she said "Oh no, she'll come another day." To which I immediately said Goodbye and left the store. That was so rude and such horrible customer service. For her to think that I would ever come back or use her services again is ridiculous to think of. She has no respect for people's time, was not apologetic about the Google mess up, in fact laughed it o
