I love their dremels and their customer service. When I recently had in issue with a bit fitting correctly they were happy to mail out fittings and when that didn’t work and we figured it was the dremel itself they mailed me out a new one. Honestly some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time. Love that they stand behind their products.

This company really cares whether its customers are satisfied. I had a problem with a new Dremel that I had purchased in December 2024. Matt and his team bent over backwards to make sure that the return and replacement process was smooth and as seamless as possible. I highly recommend this company!

Let me start off, that i am a mayor over thinker and will convince myself something will happen even tho it didn’t. Anyway, i printed the paper off of the website and at first i was weird about it, but did it anyway, then did what i had to do and realized i forgot a return label on it, but someone had dropped it off already. I emailed them (probably pretty dramatic of me at this point) just to let them know. I sent a package out but i forgot the return label on the package. Which they said is fine because the address is on the inside of the box. They were very patient with me, on letting me know if the package had made it to them, and when they got the package they let me know, and it’s something so little that meant a lot to me considering i was freaking out over nothing. I sent them from Indiana and was just convinced they would get lost. They are definitely one of the best customer service i’ve encountered I haven’t gotten my shears back to know how good quality the sharpening is, BUT i heard great things and i am confident they will cut as nice as when i first got my scissors. Both Scott and Matt are the sweetest and most professional at what they do! They always do such a wonderful job with all of our shears. The other day Matt managed to sharpen and align my 3 pairs of shears that I thought were trash. They are like new again!

The most amazing, reliable, trustworthy people! I never want anyone else to handle my grooming equipment besides Groomers Best Friend. Matt has provided so many years of great service to use. My equipment is always in tip top shape when it's returned. We have been using Scott now recently and he is just as amazing. So organized and patient. He took the time to fix my clippers when he had stopped in and I so appreciated it. It's during crazy busy holiday season and the work provided was spectacular and at an affordable price. So happy we found "the one"!!!! I love you guys!!!!!!! Don't know what I would do without you!!!
