I had an amazing experience with this cat grooming service! Isabela was incredible and did an amazing job. I was nervous because my girl can be feisty but Isabela wasn’t threaten and handled her well. She took the time to understand my cat's needs and handled everything professionally and compassionately. My cat came home looking clean, well-groomed, and much more comfortable. I was especially impressed by the attention to detail and the genuine care she showed my babygirl. The entire process was quick! I highly recommend this grooming service to any cat owner looking for trustworthy, high-quality care. I'll definitely be bringing my girl back for future grooming appointments!

Isabela is a proactive communicator. This is my first time working with her. She sent me photos of my cat and asked for real-time feedback during the grooming session. It was a great experience!

Lols is an old dog but she was very gentle and kind to her. Isabela gave her a great haircut also and took some adorable pictures of her as well!!

Isabella is amazing! My cat Lucky has never let anyone trim his nails, it’s always been a struggle, but he loved her right away. She has such a warm, gentle way with animals that he actually stayed calm and let her do it! You can tell she truly loves what she does and cares deeply for the animals. So grateful we found her.

Where do I even start! I brought my 5 month old Shih Tzu to Isabela to get him groomed. I had read about her on google when searching for a groomer in my area, and was excited to read that she offers grooming services at either your home or her home. I read through other reviews of hers and felt that she was someone I could trust Chip with, and I was totally right! We chose to bring Chip to her apartment for the grooming session and were greeted by her with enthusiasm and pleasure to meet our puppy! I’ve been to many groomers for my other pets and they don’t even really seem to be happy to be caring for your pet. I had concerns about him being around other dogs as he is only a puppy. She assured me that he would be the only dog in her apartment while he was with her. This was such a huge peace of mind and helped me feel more at ease having left him there. When we got Chip back, he was a brand new dog. His hair was cut so perfectly and he had a little bow tie on. He looked great and his fur was so soft. She did mention that he was scared of the clippers she used which is expected because it was only his first grooming session. However, she was patient with him and gave him the time
