Management gets 1 star. I was planning on driving up to Boston with a friend on Saturday then flying back to Atlanta on Monday & using Groome to get back. Was told that I am not allowed to park my car on Friday in the Groome parking lot with a reservation 3 days later. Does not make sense when on their website the policy says you can park your car for 30 days, my car will be there for a tenth of the limit.

I've taken Groome several times to and from the airport always on time. Clean vehicles, friendly employees. Nice ride. No worries with Groome. Thankful for them.

Wanted to shoutout to the Groome driver for leaving us after 1 minute over when it's storming and the ramp is flooded. Called customer service and was told they can't wait but others had to wait bc of traffic. Why take down our numbers and don't call. We can't control the weather or the flights. Do better!

I had a lot of unfortunate circumstances this morning of my travel. My uber that I scheduled to drive me to the Macon groome canceled last minute. I was lucky enough to get another quickly that got me to groome at 5 am on the dot, which happened to be the scheduled departure time. I knew it was risky but took the chance. I called the receptionist to give them a heads up. She was very demessive so I'm sure the message never made it to the driver. I got there as the van started to leave, so I jumped out and waived my arms as my uber driver honked for me. Granted, I know my issues are my own, but to swerve around me to leave is just cruel. At least stop to say it's company policy or something. That isn't how you treat people. The low rating isnt for leaving, its for lack of decency.

I have traveled with groome many times and the drivers always tell me they have a 5 minute grace period that they wait after the time just in case someone is almost there, and they are typically Dispatched in those situations to wait. Today I called groome while at ATL airport and told them I was 3 minutes out literally I could see the groome vans as I was running through the airport, and the customer service rep nonchalantly told me they never wait and leave exactly on time. She didn't even dispatch the groome driver to let him know I was literally three minutes away from the time of departure. I walked up to the groome area at 6:47 , departure time was 6:45 and the van left. Now I have to wait an entire hour because the customer service rep refused to radio the driver.
