Auburn is in Alabama, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Auburn follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I had to use a different email to write a second review because it was so imperative that I write this review about this terrible company. First off I have to use groome to get back and forth to the airport because of transportation issues and I work for the airlines but by all means don't use groome if you don't have too. My most recent experience was terrible I was waiting on the shuttle and I'm use to them being 5 to 10 minutes late but not more than 10 by the way they expect you to wait on them but they won't wait not even 5 minutes for you. Any who 15 minutes had gone by and they still haven't pulled up, no one has called to inform me of why there late etc so my step dad who works for them decides to call, and Denise finally decides to call the shuttle driver to check in and he was way in Grantville or Hogansville which was like 30 minutes out, apparently he forgot to stop in LaGrange or something. Any who i had to call her for her to tell me that (poor customer service at its finest), you definitely need to do better as a dispatcher. My mom had to go out of her way to take me to the airport so i would not miss my flight and get a point, such a inconvenience. Two days later I

This is my schedule to hartsfield international airport. Every trip has been met with proficiency professionalism and being on time. I had a slight that got in earlier my original pickup time was a 2-hour wait however the driver had room so I was able to ride.

I'm not happy with how things went down tonight. I've always relied on them before. I went to where the shuttle had always picked up. It was late so no one was around and I thought little of it. My mistake. What gets me is you ask for my number but don't even attempt to contact me before leaving without me. I asked for a refund but got a firm no. Offered to put me on the shuttle past midnight. I already waited the extra 90min because I normally can rely on Groome. Next time, I'm just paying a little more for the Uber.

Cheaper to park at the airport! Family member booked a ride 2 months out without confirming it was necessary yet refunds aren’t offered, only credits. So $260 they’ll pocket and offer no legitimate solutions to. Again, flight is 2 months out so not cancelling last minute and the refund was requested the same day it was booked. Definitely not using this service again.

I book Groomes when I travel to the airport. The drivers are always so nice and helpful. The shuttles are always clean. The drivers are always careful while loading luggage. Very punctual arrivals and pick ups! 10/10 company!
