Worcester is in Massachusetts, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Worcester follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I booked a regular haircut with Colby Chartier through Booksy, which showed and confirmed a price of $27.20 for Tuesdays and Wednesdays. When I arrived to pay, I was told the price was $30 instead. When I asked about the difference, I was told the Booksy price was an error. The haircut itself was fine, but I was disappointed that the confirmed booking price was not honored. The payment was taken using card tap on mobile phone and no receipt was provided.

First hair and beard cutting in 20 years. I was a little nervous and needed to do something for my first public event in 10 years. They got me in on 1 days notice. David was excellent, he put me at ease, paid attention to detail, listened to my concerns, and did a great Job. Great work, thank you.

I had an absolutely flawless experience at the shop this Saturday, thanks to Quill! From the start, Quill listened carefully to what I was looking for. Not only did he perfectly execute the style I described, but he also suggested a few subtle adjustments that truly elevated the look. Those changes he recommended made all the difference—I walked out feeling more confident than ever. His attention to detail is incredible, and the cut itself is perfect. If you're looking for a barber who combines technical skill with great vision, ask for Quill. Highly, highly recommend!

Best barber in Worcester. Noel is a very talented and experienced barber for all different kinds of hair. He’s professional and just a genuine nice guy. I’ve seen all ages, genders, races in his place and everyone feels welcome. It’s actually a fun place to wait in too and if you have your kid with you, you can relax knowing that the conversations in the place will be respectful. I’ve been going to him for 15 years and even when I lived in Boston for a while I used to drive back to his shop for my haircuts. Highly recommend Noel and the Groomates staff.

These guys are amazing! They donated their time giving haircuts to the AKFCS students at a school event this past weekend and my son LOVED how Noel cut his hair! He has earned himself a new client.
