This is a very overdue glowing review of Greenbeagle lodge! My two dogs, Snickerdoodle and Milkshake have been going to GBL, for six years. They have done daycare every week and also have been boarded 5 to 6 times every year for two weeks at a time due to my international travel schedule. The staff have been incredibly professional and conscientious of the care of my pups! Milkshake has seizures and requires multiple medications twice a day and they are excellent with handling her condition.. They are also great at notifying you if there’s any issues at all along with photos if needed. And of course my pups have great fun with their furry friends and human staff. I never worry when I’m out of country as I know they’re in great hands! Thanks GBL

Our dog Harper has been coming to the Green Beagle Lodge for a year and half. She participates in the enrichment program and more recently, their play and train program. We are very pleased with her progress and will continue working with their trainers, Tara and Gel. They are great! Harper will be a life long member of the Green Beagle family.

My Airedale terrier Ellie has been going to GBL for years for daycare and boarding and absolutely loves it there! She hauls me through the door to get inside because she's so happy to see her puppy (and human) friends there. Recently she was groomed by Marshall and he did a Fantastic job! She is all trimmed up and beautiful for summer. :-)

We have used Green Beagle for the past 2.5 years to broad our dog. We were very happy with the service until today. We had to emergently cancel a reservation and we're informed we would be "generously" charged 50% of the total fee because we cancelled within 14 days of a holiday (Easter). The cancellation policy on their web page states the high season is between Memorial Day and Labor Day, and cancellation within 14 days will result in a 50% charge of the total boarding fee. All other holidays, including Easter, are subject to keeping the deposit, which could be used for future services. I think this is a fair cancellation policy, but I was not offered this option. When I challenged the manager on violating their own policy, I was offered was 25% of the total boarding fee, which amounts to $190, not the deposit we paid, which was $0. I am very disappointed in their deceptive business practices and violating their own policy. I will dispute the credit card charge and fight to get every dollar back. Also, I caution anyone who is considering Green Beagle Lodge to carefully reconsider and find another, more reputable place to board your pet. To date, we have spent thousands

I took my dog to Green beagle for a four-hour trial daycare session (2 PM to 6 PM) and paid $50. When we got home, I noticed multiple injuries on my dog’s nose, which made me really upset. The lighting in the facility was dim, so I didn’t see the injuries right away. Although the staff sent a text message and explained the situation in person, I still feel this was due to inadequate supervision. My dog came home unhappy and seemed distressed. Injuries caused by hump from another dog. Determined to stop hump's behavior, it is not known which dog hump is, and has not received any response. I won’t be bringing my dog back here, and if your pet needs a safe environment, I wouldn’t recommend this daycare. They do not care the dog!!
