Kenzie is phenomenal and takes pride in her work as a stylist! She is very informative about the best products for your hair without being pushy for you to buy. 10/10 HIGHLY recommend!!!🙌🙌😃😃

I have been taking my son with Special Needs to this location for years (starting at Wabash Landing location). I book online and leave home accordingly so that there is not much wait when we get there. He has learned community skills thru his visits to GC, ordering/putting in his name, paying with a card, answering questions from a "stranger" and waiting. GC has always been pleasant as a whole and the stylist we request every time (Nina) learned what works best. She explains what she's going to do before doing it so no big surprises. She listens to his needs and even does his whole hair cut using clippers which is what he prefers. He's afraid of scissors. I'm so grateful to have found Nina. She has been a instrumental part of relieving my sons fear of hair cuts and all done with dignity and respect. 5 stars aren't enough. If you are a special needs parent, I encourage you to give this location a try. You have to do your part of laying the foundation of what you want as well as know that first haircut may only be a practice, you have to also listen to your child and stop before they get too distressed. Bring reinforcements and maybe even go for ice cream as a reward for trying some

All the stylists at this location are extremely talented, provide excellent customer service, and as a “special needs” adult, I have never been treated any differently. I have witnessed several instances in which the staff have assisted elderly clients and their caregivers to their vehicles. They do more than just haircuts, they ensure clients are treated like humans with compassion.

Avoid the lady with the short, blue and purple hair at all costs. Seriously. I have low expectations but she went BELOW and beyond. The store is nice otherwise. I have had good experience before just this one time was unacceptable.
