Unfortunately we were severely overcharged for a replacement motor. We had the most positive experience when purchasing the tub 6 years ago as well as a repair that was covered on warranty a few years back. the recent replacement of a failed pump however was a different story. the day of the visit the tech quickly identified the pump needing to be replaced. he quoted me (over the phone because I was not home) $1300 just for the pump - that did not include labor. That felt like a lot but I hadn't done any research and had positive previous experiences so I told him to proceed (so ultimately this is all my doing not theirs). The service was quick so my service fee was the $280 That was quoted for the visit. The price of the pump was not sitting well w me after the fact (side note they over charged my credit card for $1,418 for the pump rather than the $1300 quoted....they corrected it after I called) so I started to research. By my online research (using part and model # for OEM not some knock off from China) as well as a call into a pump company that is a client of mine, I learned that the OEM pump cost Great Bay somewhere between $600-$700 on the high end. From the moment we walked into Great Bay Spa, we were treated with genuine warmth and professionalism. One thing that really stood out was their invitation to bring our suits with us for a wet test — it completely sealed the deal for us! We worked with Rich Dion, who was incredibly helpful in guiding us to the right hot tub. His knowledge and no-pressure approach made the entire experience easy and enjoyable, and his level of service was truly exceptional from start to finish. We purchased an Edison Sundance hot tub in December, and we absolutely love it. The delivery crew was fantastic, friendly, efficient, and happy to answer all of our questions. What really impressed us, though, was that even months after the purchase, Rich continued to follow up to make sure everything was going well. I highly recommend Great Bay Spa. If you're on the fence about the cost of a hot tub, it’s worth every penny... the relief for sore, tired muscles and the overall relaxation are incredible. As an added bonus, we’ve even noticed a significant improvement in our sleep quality!

We purchased a Sundance tub from Great Bay at least 10yrs ago, and since then, their service team has been terrific. Every time we have an issue, someone is always ready to help, especially Jessica. Jessica is terrific in customer service and her knowledge of tub maintenance is superb. Thank you, Jessica!

Todd made the purchasing process very easy. He was so knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions and educate us on the best spa for us. The delivery Team was excellent, especially because of weather conditions. I feel like most companies would have delayed the delivery. Their process for contacting and communicating with the service department is very responsive. We would 100% recommend Great Bay Spa and Sauna.

Jessica was exceptionally helpful and efficient with finding me the perfect Hot Tub. I went with the Sundance Berkeley which has surprised me thoroughly with its quality & comfort considering it is a price fighter model. I shopped many other brands/dealers and both Greatbay Spa and Sundance had the best longterm continued customer continued satisfactory reviews. I have owned other brand tubs in the past and constantly was adjusting chemicals. This tub has been very easy to keep safe & clean thanks to the education I received upon delivery from Greatbay’s delivery and set crew. I was very impressed with how professional and friendly the delivery guys were. They clearly love their job and employer which showed in their exceptional service they provided on the day of our delivery which of course was down pouring rain and our site was a muddy mess that they could have rescheduled understandably but they didn’t even complain once as they were slipping and sliding carrying the tub in ankle deep mud at times. If you made it this far in this review I hope it has you as convinced as I am to only use Greatbay Spa for any future sales.
