I take my little chihuahua mix here every 4-6 weeks for nail trims. No appointment, just walk in. I know they are busy people, but they never hesitate to greet us quickly and get Gus’ nails taken care of. The staff are always so sweet and patient with his separation nerves. It’s quick, it’s easy, and it’s less than $15 (I always tip them!) for just the nail clip. Gus & I have been doing this for YEARS. And, because the little things matter to me, I SUPER appreciate that they’ve got bags & a trash can outside for use.

I highly recommend Greatful Dogs!!! Excellent, professional, caring and a compassionate approach to our dogs. Thank you Vince for making the transition from Animology grooming... to a quality grooming, a positive experience. Our dogs are clean and happy. No lingering anxiety, whining or extra brushing for us to deal with.

I am really sad about the way that my dog’s haircut turned out. When I took her in and was asked what I wanted, I told them a sanitary trim and rounding out all of her edges. I picked her up and found that she was entirely shaved and it was extremely uneven. She started a dark brown color and came home with nothing but white undercoat visible. They cut it all except for a stripe down her back that was still 2-3 inches long. Definitely not enjoying this mohawk look :/ She also had a pretty big cut on her tummy after I was told that she did really well and cooperated :( The employees were very nice!! But that is the only good thing that I have to say about this grooming experience. Now my poor baby has to walk around looking like an absolute mess for weeks until this grows out. I hate leaving poor reviews, but neither her nor I deserved this. I wish I hadn’t spent so much money on it. I am so so sad about this experience.

I have been taking my 13 year old doodle mix, Flower, here for the past few years. We love Amber! She is so kind and gentle with Flower and always knows how to make her look like a cute, fresh puppy. Grateful dogs charges a fair price and I also like their drop-in nail trim service with the punch card. Highly recommend - especially booking with Amber!

UPDATE part 2: I took Juno to a second groomer to fix her haircut, and she said she’s never seen a cut so uneven and poorly done—and that we shouldn’t have even been charged for it. I’m very disappointed in Micah’s work and how rushed he was just to get Juno in and out. It only took him one hour when she’s usually there for at least four. I will not be booking with Micah again and would not recommend him. We’ve been taking our dog to Grateful Dog for over a year and have always been happy in the past, but the last couple of appointments have been really inconsistent. This last visit was especially disappointing. I asked for a teddy bear face and got the complete opposite. There were long hairs left everywhere, we had to spend about 30 minutes at home fixing it ourselves, and honestly, I feel like I could have done a better job. It also makes sense now why payment and tips are requested before you even see your dog. The quality just hasn’t been the same lately, which is a real letdown after being a loyal customer for so long. Update: I’m also upset because our dog walked in with the perfect length eyelashes, they were so cute and they cut them completely off, leaving like a cen
