Very disappointed with this place! Our dog passed away this past Saturday and we were told that it would be Monday before they could pick her up for cremation(which was fine). However, she was still there and we were then assured pickup would be no later than Tuesday by 4pm. I checked with my vets office @ 4:30 on Tuesday and she was still there and we were told that Good Shepherd apologized but they would for sure be there by 8am on Wednesday(today). They were not and my husband had to go get her and bring her back home for burial. This is not good business on their part in my opinion and only made a difficult situation worse. I do not recommend them at all.

It is pricey for large pets. The staff is very caring and helpful. They are respectful of you and your pet. They return the remains quickly and with dignity.

Mason was very nice and helpful, he offered to scan my cat's paw for a tattoo in addition to the ink print. They had her ashes ready very quickly. Made a painful process a lot easier.

To Good Shepherd Pet Services, We want to extend our deepest gratitude for the care, respect, and compassion you showed our beloved Eli and our family. Saying goodbye to him was incredibly difficult, but knowing he was in such caring hands brought us comfort. When we received Eli’s ashes, we were truly touched by the beautiful wooden box, the thoughtful certificate, and the grief pamphlet you provided. We weren’t expecting such a level of detail and care, and it meant more to us than words can express. It was clear that Eli was honored, and in turn, you honored the love we shared with him. Thank you for the kindness and dignity you give to families like ours during such heartbreaking times. This is not an easy job to have but man, they do it well. We lost our black lab, Cash, unexpectedly and very suddenly just a few days ago. He was only 8 and in perfect health. This was not something that was on our radar so we honestly had no idea what to do when he passed. Ashley was the most helpful and respectful during this entire process. Mason went out of his way to make sure our baby was taken care of as soon as possible. In this overwhelming time, they were a calm in a storm. I can't thank y'all enough for everything you've done. We miss our sweet boy so much.
