Golden Wood was such a joy to work with. Our dog, Franco loved every minute of it. The photos and report care made our day. We loved getting updates! The staff were extremely professional, friendly and very good with him!

I can’t say enough about the staff. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful. My dog is there mainly for daycare but has also boarded a few times and If she has messed her bed up, they’ve been so kind to wash it. She’s always so excited to be there and see everyone that I fear she doesn’t want to come home half the time 😆. That said, I can’t say enough about this place and highly recommend them!

My sweet little pug was boarded for a weekend while I was away on a trip! The staff was super friendly, very accommodating, and willing to make sure that you and your fur-baby are as comfortable as can be! When completing drop-off, the staff verifies vaccinations, anything that is needed specially for your pup, and affirms the services you’re there for. Pickup is super smooth and fast as well. I could tell when picking up my baby that she had the best time, especially because she didn’t even come say hi to me first. My dog was in love with the staff and as happy as can be. I usually prefer to have family or friends watch my dog while I’m away, but the services provided at Golden Wood Happy Valley made me feel like the price and convenience was so worth it. My pup honestly probably got more attention here than she would have at a friend or family’s since they’d leave her to go to work. While boarding, I even got an update on how she was doing and a photo of her. I wasn’t expecting this and it made my day and made me feel so much better while being away from her. I’m so pleased that I chose this place for boarding and tried pet-boarding for the first time. I was extremely please

We boarded our English Bulldog, Spencer, for 2 nights and were very pleased. We recently got Spencer as a rescue and were reluctant to board him, but everything went very smoothly. The staff was very attentive to Spencer and had to administer 3 eye medications. In addition he had an ice cream treat and got a bath. He seemed to be in a very good mood when we picked him up and we were very pleased with the experience.

I absolutely love golden wood for services for my corgi. They are fantastic with him and he comes back to me even better than I dropped him off. Facility is very clean and up to date in a very secluded and private area. He was there for an extended stay while I was on vacation and they took very good care of him and sent photo updates regularly. He was well groomed and cared for when I picked him up. They have lots of additional services and add ons to choose from in different packages. I dont take him anywhere else in the area. I highly recommend this dog boarding and grooming facility for anyone needing services for their dogs while on vacation.
