I took my pet here hoping to find a reliable groomer, but unfortunately the experience was the complete opposite. When I arrived to pick her up, she was screaming—something she has never done before. The groomer claimed she was being “aggressive,” which is completely out of character for her. If that were truly the case, they should have stopped the service and told me they could not continue, instead of sending her back to me with a haircut that looks like a child got ahold of scissors. On top of that, the groomer told me that if I ever brought her back, I would need to sedate her and feed her the medication in front of him. No apology, no explanation, just here’s your dog and this is your total. I didn’t question him at that moment, but once I got home I noticed several cuts on her—now it made sense why she was terrified and screaming, not barking or acting aggressive, just scared. Overall, this was an extremely disappointing and concerning experience. Definitely not a place I trust or will return to. So much for ‘glamour’.

EDIT: in response to owner’s comment- Your response only shows how unprofessional this situation truly was. At no point did anyone tell me she was “unfinished” when I picked her up. I was handed my dog with no explanation other than “she was aggressive,” which was surprising because she has never acted that way before. If you were unable to complete the service, that should have been communicated clearly before giving her back to me. Yes, I said I did not want her fully shaved—but that does not excuse the uneven, hacked-off haircut she was given. A professional groomer works with what they can or simply informs the owner that the service cannot be completed. Instead, you chose to continue, do a poor job, and still not explain afterward. What’s even more concerning is that once I got home, I noticed cuts on her skin—injuries that absolutely did not happen before arriving at your facility. For you to claim she was “not injure

Took my senior long haired chihuahua to get groomed today. She wasn't nervous or anything when I got her back which says a lot on the groomers part! I took her in at 10 and she was ready at noon for pick up! Smelled amazing. Did a hygiene cut and trimmed her nails. Great pricing in comparison to all these groomers charging ridiculous prices now for a simple bathing package. Will definitely return for regular grooming maintenance!
