My experience was fine. I went in with a photo of myself from about 3-4 months ago. While I mostly got what was expected, I found my sides were cut too short. when I brought that up with the stylist, they had mentioned “it would allow it to grow in better over time”. Some people might appreciate this, but I did not appreciate the alteration without being asked beforehand. If I had been asked, I would have kept my hair as it was previously. Although it did not ruin my haircut, I would not be returning because of this experience. I would like to add that upon request, they did provide a refund. They stand behind their product and right their wrongs.

Ciarra did a phenomenal job, especially as a last minute walk-in appt and with my admittedly limited vocabulary to describe what I was after. She lightened up the back and sides with ease and shaped out my beard to my face nicely. She’s also just fun and personable to chat with during the session which made it go by quickly. Gents always nails it for me- will definitely be back!

If you find yourself overwhelmed with life and accidentally unkempt, stroll into Jeanne’s chair at the gent salon in Eagan. My head always turns to admire the fantastic job she does on all the exceedingly handsome men who have sat in her chair. She knows how to make you look like a billion bucks (adjusted for inflation)! And is still the most reasonable deal for a hot towel service and gentle head massage on top of it all. Bless this fabulous salon, and bless Bengie and the lovely woman who greets me each time with class. Offer ginger tea for this caffeine free type of man sometime.

I was able to book a walk in appointment within ten minutes. Upon arriving I was offered a cold brew coffee on tap. Fantastic start! I was seen within minutes of arriving by Ciarra. Sparkling conversation, sharp wit, and professional skill! Great experience! If you have a beard go see Ciarra, she loves beards almost as much as you do!

I’ve been coming here for years since I work in the area and let me tell you how amazing it is to work with the great humans that work here. From the moment I walk in to me paying my bill, I am taken care of from start to finish. Most recently, Benji has been the one that’s been taken care of me and leveling up my looks so I can be the best version of myself. All in all, I truly value the dedication and hard work you provide. It means a lot to me to know that I have somebody that actually can get my hair the way I like all while being great to work with. I also want to shout out Alfred! He’s been my go to guy start this year and I Haven’t gotten to work with them as of late But also an incredible human being to work with
