Gate City Laundromat

I had a photo shoot approaching that I wanted my wedding dress cleaned for. My dress had not been cleaned since the wedding. The dress had very minor blemishes. There were no makeup stains or anything crazy. When I received my dress back and when I pulled it out of the garment bag my dress looked like it hadn’t been cleaned and had more blemishes than it had before. I thought perhaps I was just being a little crazy. So I went to the photo shoot and got dirt, mud, grass stains all over this dress. I did not trust the gate city dry cleaners so I sent it to a dry cleaner in Logan Utah. When I got the dress back from them my dress was perfectly clean again including the blemishes the gate city cleaners added to my dress.

I paid $45 to have a quilt dry cleaned and it was still dirty. Since I didn’t inspect within 48 hours they said there is nothing they can do. I’ve been a customer for years so didn’t think there would be an issue - that was my mistake!! I can’t even believe someone would have finished cleaning it, thought that looks good and then folded it up to charge me almost $50 for! Blows my mind. Terrible quality control and even worse customer service. Find somewhere else to go!!

Wow the dude who answers the phone. Was like hello??? I asked if this was gate city laundromat. He says yes. Can I drop off my clothes and get them tomorrow he says no, then explains i can drop them off and pick them up the next day. I leave reviews and hate writing a bad review but this dude shouldnt answer the phone I called the laundry barn and they were more then willing to accommodate. Made the experience pleasant. Gate city isnt the only place you can get this service. So I left a 1 star. The owner didnt care I left this review he hung up on me.

Kelli was sweet to work with! I absolutely HATE folding laundry, so to be able to hand off the baskets and get them back the same day clean and neatly folded and organized was AMAZING!

Clean, quiet and good location. Dryer was 2 dollars for 30 minutes on the smaler ones and the big one 3.25 dollars for 30 minutes. Nice vending machines. Also nice chairs to wait in. Thanks.
