So I recently adopted my dear Eva about a month and a half ago and her previous owner told me where she used to go to get groomed, so I wanted to make sure I took her to the same place that she was familiar with, and they were familiar with her. Needless to say I am so pleased at how beautiful Courtney and her team made my Eva look. she is just absolutely adorable and looks like a brand new dog. (See below the before and after pictures) Everyone was super friendly and super professional. I cannot depict enough how truly satisfied and happy I am with My fur baby Eva’s new coat she will definitely be returning for her scheduled appointments with Courtney. I highly recommend This grooming business. 10 out of 10!

I just want to say that I am so glad we discovered Furry Tail Endings and left the big name chain grooming salon that we were previously going to. It's truly so much more personable! I also feel as though it's less stressful on our little girl. Especially as she is getting older! They treat your animal as if it were their own. My dog isn't caged for hours. We pick her up within a couple of hours and she always looks so pretty. She will have her pretty new bandana on etc. The staff is all friendly, and Jessica does an absolutely amazing job at grooming her! Thanks Jessica and Furry Tail Endings! 🥰

After one hour, we received a text message saying we had missed the appointment, and our card had been charged at full cost for both groomings. We immediately reached out, and explained that it had been an honest oversight and said we could bring them right in. We were then told we had missed the appointment and the "missed" appointment fee would still stand in addition to the new charge of the groomings later this week. I tried everything I could to work with Courtney, the owner, since we have never missed an appointment. Courtney was not willing in any way to work with us as we even offered to move forward, and reschedule for later this week and pay half of the missed fee. Courtney only kept reciting, "this is what our contract says". I feel this is bad business not to work with your good, honest, return customers. Unfortunately, the girls groomer was very good, however if you have time to send a full text saying we just ch

They are wonderful with my big baby. She has been kicked out of other slabs that couldn’t handle her size and or personality. But she loves these ladies and they take great care of her every time!
