Potomac is in Maryland, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Potomac follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I only wish I could give them more than 5 stars. Tracey & Hernan have been taking care of my fur baby for 7 years and I can’t imagine life without them. My dog Culper adores them and happily leaves me every morning that they pick him up for camp. They make sure he has his special food, modified activity days at camp when he has been injured (not at camp of course) as well as ensuring his grooming is kept up. A few years ago I was unexpectedly hospitalized for 3 weeks and not only did they keep him but when I was released they even picked up 2 pies for me because it was Thanksgiving. I could go on forever about how excellent the care is here.

Furbabies is awesome! We fully trust Tracy and her staff with our beloved dog, and are so grateful that Furbabies has helped us out so many times! The dogs are safe and well-cared for, and we love being able to see pics of our dog on their social media feed when we're away. Furbabies is responsive, reliable, caring, and convenient. Highest recommendation!

We love Tracy and Hernan. Our little buddy Geoff goes there for daycare and boarding several times per year. It’s the only place we use. We also have utilized their grooming for baths and nail trims. Every time Geoff knows he’s going to Furbabies he loses his mind with excitement. Strongly recommend.

I found Potomac Furbabies for a client's mini golden doodle after researching multiple doggy day cares in the area about a year ago. They have more than exceeded our expectations! The pickup/drop off is super convenient and you can tell Tracy and her partner really care about the animals. The small dogs get to socialize with other small breeds and my client's dog is always excited when the mini van comes to pick them up. Highly recommend!
