About Fur Paws Grooming
Fur Paws Grooming is one of the pet groomers listed in Lawndale, California. The business is registered at 14707 Prairie Ave, Lawndale, CA 90260; use this page to check its hours, phone number and Google rating before you make the trip.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.
Hours are published for 4 days a week. Typical hours are 9 am–4 pm. Note that it does not open on Monday, Wednesday, Sunday. Hours in the United States do change around federal holidays and long weekends, so a quick call before a special trip is sensible. The listed phone number is (310) 679-5334. Many businesses also reply to text messages on the same number if it is a cell phone. More information is available on its website, furpawsgrooming.top.
On Google it holds a rating of 4.6 out of 5 from 85 reviews, which is a strong result for a pet groomer in Lawndale and suggests consistent service.
Lawndale is in California, on the West Coast, where the climate ranges from foggy coast to hot inland valleys, wildfire season can affect air quality in late summer, and traffic is the main thing to plan around. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Lawndale follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

I’ve driven past this place for years, but never tried this place. But due to my dog’s original groomer packed up and left, I had no other choice but to come to fur paws! And I thank God I did!! 11/8/25 was my first time going. And as I was filling out paper work a lady who worked there was outside talking to me like I’ve known her for years! Then the groomer came out to get Oreo and it was like seeing and catching up with a friend I haven’t seen in years! They did an amazing job on my furry family member named Oreo! And the prices!! Sis/bruh the prices are not bad at all! Fur paws grooming I’m glad I went to you guys and thank you for welcoming my dog Oreo with open arms!! Thank you thank you thank you thank you so very very very much!!

We started bringing our dogs to Tara about a year ago and didn’t have any issues until very recently. Three months ago we dropped off our dogs for their 10am appt for a full groom. The shop “closes” at 6pm, so after not hearing anything all day I finally texted her at 5:24pm to ask when the dogs would be ready. They were ready at 630pm. Tara apologized and said that they were down one groomer. We figured it was a one time thing and didn’t hesitate to make another appt with them on May 31 again at 10am. We dropped them off at the agreed upon time for a full groom (this includes a bath and a haircut, although the important part to us is the haircut). This time I get a text at 5:22pm saying, to my shock, that the dogs won’t be ready for a while yet and did I want to just pick them up and bring them the next day. At this point the dogs had been with them for 7.5 hours, I felt so bad for the dogs, and I figured the groomers were tired, so we chose to go get them. When my husband picked them up he said he was simply handed the dogs and when he asked what time tomorrow he was told to drop them off any time between 930am and 10am. I did not take them back since it appears it was going to

Tara is amazing! She was very welcoming, accommodated me for a appt change request, kept me updated about my pup, and cared about my pup. The prices are fair and reasonable. My fur baby returned home happy and relaxed.

I take my Malti-poo here for monthly grooming! They have discounts for monthly visits! Tara and her amazing crew take great care of my pooch! They always put a bow on or something cute like a little handkerchief! If you bring in a toothbrush and toothpaste they will also brush the dog's teeth! They always do a wonderful and thorough job and she smells good too! So if you want a full service doggie groomer for a great price, go and check them out!!
