Super reliable and great with both of our dogs. We have a pup who takes a minute to warm up to new people and she has been extremely comfortable with their staff. Their prices are great, their work is great, their staff is great. I couldn’t recommend them more.

Grayson from Fur on the Fly has been coming for years to groom and bath my cats. He is extremely knowledgeable and gentle! I highly recommend this grooming service. They care so much about the pet’s experience and that is very reassuring to me.

Friendly staff . They took really good care of my fur-baby. The groomer took the time to answer any questions I had. They send you a text to remind you of your appointment which is fantastic for my busy life. I also got a text when my dog was ready to be picked up. I love the scent they used on her. My dog-sitter said the smell reminded her of chocolate I say it smells more tropical . A job well done 45.00 dollars included bath, nails and ear cleaning. Whatever they used also leaves her coat shiny and smooth.

Booked an appointment for December 3, 2023 and was quoted $93 for full hair cut, nails and bath along with travel expense. When stylist arrived we explained we don’t want a shave because it’s winter but we need it to look nice. The stylist told us the price would be $65 and will be done in 30 minutes. After being told that I should have listened to my gut feeling the cut was not going to be good and completed. I was right. We have given them Chance after chance to make things right. After speaking with manager name Amy who would NOT take any responsibility and ownership that’s a bad hair cut. We made a decision Never again will we use their service. We will just wait for an opening at Bow Ties Pet Salon and save money and have a better hair cut. Fur on the Fly is Unprofessional and unreasonable business. There lost, Bow Ties Pet Salon gain
