About Fur-Ever Sassy

Fur-Ever Sassy is a pet groomer in Conway, Arkansas. It is listed at 2334 Washington Ave, Conway, AR 72032, which places it among the local businesses of Conway that residents and visitors turn to when they need this kind of service close by.

Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.

Conway is in Arkansas, in the South, where summers are hot and humid, winters are short, and severe storms in spring are a fact of life; businesses run air conditioning most of the year and many open early to beat the heat. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Conway follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Erica has been cutting and bathing our Australian Shepherd for years now. She always treats him so well and does a great job with his coat. We love her!

We will never take our dogs back to her shop. She was extremely rude and did a horrible job on my dog. She did not shave his head, eyes and his feet were barely touched. She left an uneven chopped hair cut on his head, with the rest of his body mostly shaved, his face was not cleaned and his nails were not cut. I paid over her quoted price due to her rude comment of "it should be more" . She refused to fix his cut and lied about cutting his nails, so I am sure she did not do his anal glands which is supposed to be apart of her job. I was so mad, I had to leave before I lost my cool over the whole situation. I will never return nor ever recommend her to anyone. I work in the public/customer service, and I would never speak to nor treat a customer in that manner. Erica was so disrespectful, passive aggressive, rude, and my poor dog's hair looks terrible. I'm having to shave him and cut his nails myself after paying her almost $65. I would not recommend her or her work to my worst enemy. I'd leave a negative 5 star review if it was an option. Terrible place Terrible work Terrible owner Avoid at all cost

Erica is a fantastic groomer and does a great job. However there is much to learn when you’re new in business. Make sure you know all her policies before hand as she has the tendency to spring on you at the last minute and you’ll be required to pay her more. I too run a business and if we change a policy or add a new one I make sure to give a notice in advance as to not spring it on them at the time.
