Awesome experience. We used to feed our boys other brands of food from our local big box retailer. However I had no idea what all ingredients can be in those foods until I met Mikaela. By her recommendation of GO solutions duck formula, it has tremendously cleared up our English Bulldog’s itching and musky smell. Our Basset’s ears have never been cleaner as well. She is very knowledgeable and provided what I consider a world class shopping experience. Thanks so much for your help Mikaela. Would give 6 stars if I could.

Please be mindful when grooming future fur babies - especially those with warts and any lipomas. With that being said, for the last 10 years, we’ve always driven 45 minutes to take our fur babies here and this was our first time at their new location. The vibes in this new place felt very different. Quiet, much smaller location with dimmer lighting.. as if the original business had been bought out. The price had also increased significantly and they didn’t even put bows or bandanas on our pups like they normally do. The customer service wasn’t as friendly as usual and my dog was rudely told to be quiet in front of us after the store’s loose dog had bum rushed our dog, showing its teeth first. Overall, we just felt uncomfortable dropping them off here and we were a bit antsy while we waited to pick them up, clearly for a reason. The next day we inconveniently had to take her to get her wart checked after it was irritated and had opened up, so yes, we will not be returning.

My dogs have never looked so good! Grooming time was reasonable, everyone in the store was friendly and responsive, and the groomers clearly know their business. My dogs are serious wigglers, but no blood followed them out of the grooming area (that has happened in another grooming place). Their ears, though! The cleanest their ears have ever been. We've found our new grooming home.

I can’t thank enough the staff at Fur Babies, I came in with a lost dog today to get him checked for a chip, and they gave me free food and treats for taking this pup in. Such beautiful kind people! Plus they let me bathe him and they covered all cost🥹❤️thank you again!!!! He’s in good hands 🙏🏽

This is the only place I’ll be going to, to buy my big boy good quality dog food from now on! I was feeding him HEB Heritage Ranch “Healthy Weight” because it was cost affective 😔, little did I know my poor guy would develop allergies from poultry later on. His skin has gotten pretty bad, I’ve tried everything and different ointments as well and nothing! I now know, it’s definitely the dog food! A huge thank you to the lady who helped me out today. So sweet and kind! Very knowledgeable and answered all my questions! I’ll be going back and I’m definitely posting updated photos a month from now to show the difference on his skin. I absolutely am thankful for this sweet little place, right here in Kingwood! Update: Within a single month there’s been great improvement with Debo’s skin allergies. Again I cannot thank y’all enough. Progress photos have been added.
