Brought my dog here a few times. The last time I filled out a form asking they feed him twice a day as his food will have medication on it and he is on a special diet and I also reminded them at drop off. I bagged up his food for the days he would be there and when I picked him up I saw they only fed him once a day as the leftover food was indication my dog was not properly fed and my 70lb dog who already had some eating issues now had ribs showing. He had scratches all over his body and dried blood with scabs all over his paws, his body and two huge marks the size of a half dollar with dried blood on his hind legs. I understand some things will happen but this was beyond excessive and my dog was depressed and visibly in pain when he came home. This is not okay. My dog who also NEVER uses the bathroom in the house was given his blankets back that were soaked wet with urine because he just “used the bathroom on them” and smelled like feces. So how long was he in this kennel is my question ?!?!? 12+ hours ????? He also has a chipped K9 tooth now. At only two years old and this definitely requires veterinary attention…. Why was I not called? I had a bad experience with this place p

I use Four Paws for daycare and boarding. I can tell my dog is treated well and she is always excited to be there. You can clearly tell the owner cares about the animals. All staff I have encountered have been great. Highly recommend!

We are lifelong clients of Tori’s and would follow her anywhere. She has done a SPECTACULAR job grooming our bernedoodle, whose coat is incredibly challenging. She is thorough, professional, and goes above and beyond our expectations. The pep in his step after grooming is unparalleled and she even provides helpful educational tips on ways to maintain/improve his coat and paw health between groomings. A superb addition to Four Paws. So excited for our next groom!

Excellent staff and facility! We utilize the doggie daycare when we need to get some energy out of our dog. Each time we pick him up from daycare he is always smiling and immediately naps when we get home. Highly recommended doggie daycare.

Patio flats are way smaller than they appear in photos; they used chihuahua-sized bowls and dog bed for the photo. Also the dog doors advertised are not able to be used at will by the dogs. The staff "open the doors periodically" using a manual lever. When I arrived to drop off my puppy for boarding, I told the man that I was here for boarding. A woman took the leash from me immediately after that (did not make eye contact or greet me), put her hand around my puppy's muzzle, and kept saying "stay". The man at the front desk did not explain anything that was happening and the woman tried to just walk off with my dog for boarding without a word after they put some colored band around her neck. When I asked them not to walk off with her before they told me what was going on, the man lectured me that I shouldn't say goodbye to my puppy. When I came back to pick up my puppy, the staff had put her harness on upside down, which was painful for her. No one applied the 10% first-time customer discount that was advertised online until I pointed it out.
