Staff was extremely respectful and patient. Gave us as much time as we needed to say goodbye and was very sensitive to us. 10/10 experience.

Unlike other recent reviews, our experience with Forever Friends was a very positive one. Especially thankful for Conner and his quick availability and patience with us on a Saturday with our cat Bella. Afterwards during pickup, the 2 staff members I interacted with were both kind and compassionate. Fortunately I was able to adjust a schedule for picking her up, but can see where 4pm could be difficult for many people. We appreciate Forever Friends for our experience with them and won't hesitate to contact them again when the next time comes (no offense to Forever Friends, but hopefully won't be for a long time).

When your dog, and best friend passes away, you don't think much about the crematory's hours and pick up. I have already paid for their services. They are more or less holding my dog's ashes hostage due to the fact that I cannot pick them up during their business hours 8 am-4 pm. I'm sorry, but I work. All I'm asking is to work something out either before 8 am or shortly after 4:30 pm. I also received a phone call this afternoon from a very rude woman who basically yelled at me that I didn't pay them yet for their services. She also accursed me of being rude (which I was not) and she slammed the phone down on me. Had I known this is the way I would be treated, I never would have chosen or trusted this company with my dog. They should be ashamed of themselves! All I want is my dog back. I hope to God that this is not the way they treat family members of deceased humans.

***************PLEASE READ BEFORE YOU CALL OR GO TO THIS AWFUL BUSINESS*********************** If I could give this place less an 1 star I would give it -100 stars. My German shepard passed away at home with husband and I by her side. I called after hours because it was 9:30pm on a Friday night I got the answering service and that woman was sweet and incredibly polite and pleasant to talk to. She took some of my information and told me she would give someone a call right away and they would call within 15 mins and if they didn't to call her back. I got a call from a Melissa and she has to be the rudest, unfriendly and unprofessional person I have ever dealt with. This place is just looking to make a quick buck and charged us $455 to drop my pup off. What a joke. And then still charged me for the cremation of her even though I told her I didn't want her remains back. (I know that sounds mean or harsh but it just makes it harder for me to let go) please do not go here for anything you need for your pet after they go to heaven. Please go find some place else where you won't be treated like a nuisance or an inconvenience and your pet discarded like a used tissue. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE

We had a great experience with Melissa and her team. They made us feel welcome and treated our dog, Bandit, with respect and care. The entire process was handled professionally, and we received the remains promptly. They also offer some thoughtful, personalized items to help commemorate your pet. We would recommend them for their professional and respectful service.

If I could give a zero I would. I called on a Friday after hours and made an appointment for Monday. When I arrived on Monday, they had no idea that I was even coming. They told me that I must’ve called the wrong place. They still were able to get me in. I chucked it up to a fluke. I was told that if I needed time to find an urn for my cat, my cat would be safe there. I get a Voicemail telling me that he’s ready to come home and to call when I would be coming in to get him. I called the next morning to give them the time I would be in. I was told that someone already came and picked up my cat. She told me to come in and see the video to see if I knew anyone. I have no one else to do this .They ended up giving my cat to the wrong person. she had to go pick up my cat from the wrong person and give them their animal. When I came to get my cat, I thought I was speaking to a manager. When I was explaining the situation She threw her hands up and said you deal with her. He doesn’t threaten to call the cops on me. I Then myself called .and waited for the cops to arrive. When I had said that I would call the cops myself her response was. Why so I can get arrested for giving the wrong anima

They are true professionals. Compassionate and caring. When my big buddy Rexy died they were the first and only place I called. Plus I had worked with the good folks at Proko-Wal during my time in Green Bay and Bob and the team were always top notch. I cannot recommend enough. Thank you for your kindness with Rexy.

Both of my wonderful dogs were cremated here and the people are lovely. Kind, excellent listeners, compassionate and professional. I felt valued and cared for as I grieved the loss of my dogs. They were very accommodating when one of my pets passed unexpectedly and the products available to help remember your pet are affordable and special. I am so grateful for their services delivered with gentleness and patience.
