About Forest Oaks Pet Grooming
Located at 5300 Liberty Rd, Greensboro, NC 27406, Forest Oaks Pet Grooming operates as a pet groomer serving Greensboro in North Carolina. This page gathers the practical details people usually look for before visiting: where it is, how to reach it, when it opens and how customers rate it.
Pet groomers bathe, brush, trim and style dogs and cats, and most also clip nails, clean ears and express anal glands. A full groom usually includes a bath, blow-dry, haircut and tidy-up; a bath-and-brush package skips the haircut and suits short-coated breeds. Salon groomers work from a shop with tubs and drying stations, mobile groomers bring a fitted van to your driveway, which is easier on anxious, elderly or reactive pets, and self-service dog washes rent a raised tub, shampoo and dryer by the session. Cat groomers handle lion cuts and matted coats with calmer, quieter setups, and many salons offer add-ons such as teeth brushing, de-shedding treatments, blueberry facials and paw balm.
Hours are published for 5 days a week. The most common schedule is 8 am–6 pm. It is closed on Monday, Sunday. If I could give this place a negative star I would. I happened to be going in to inquire about their services. As I was going in, there was (who I was told was the owner) screaming and cursing at one of the employees. She was EXTREMELY unprofessional, screaming at this young girl that seemed to be very confused and embarrassed. When I was asking questions to the young lady that was standing there, at the counter, she was VERY RUDE to me. I don't know if she was having a bad day, but she was RUDE! The place was extremely dirty and the way that they keep the dogs waiting to be groomed was deplorable. As I was leaving, The owner was outside with someone who must have had a complaint, and I heard her say something to the effect of I have been in business for many years and no one can do anything to me or my business. I also heard her say something to the effect of I have two BLACK daughters that I adopted from Africa, so I can't be prejudice. The whole time that she was talking she was smirking at the person that she was talking to. Also, while she was talking to the person outside, she started talking to a Caucasian woman coming in the establishment and began ignoring the person that

We got our dog back injured, favoring her left paw, lethargic, panting, can't hold her balance. and Tracy was not willing to work with us to figure out what happened. Mind you she was fine this morning. She immediately got defensive and stated that we are "accusing" her. When in reality we were just trying to cover all of our bases. She then hung up on us. 1. I said she was fine when we BROUGHT her to the grooming place. 2. I never said she jumped out of the car 3. I never accused you, I said that's how she was acting so you could have an idea of her behavior. I never yelled, or raised my voice. You simply got defensive. You also never offered to pay any vet bills, I stated that we would be sending any vet bills to you if need be. You then refused to work with us, you wouldn't let me speak. I had you on speaker phone so there were witnesses to our call. I'm sure I can have a recording of the phone call pulled if you would really like to go that route. I also included the videos of the dog when we got her back.
