We came in around 8:45 payed for a shower my husband and I . All showers are empty. No one here to clean them. All the workers behind check out desk all on phone s no one told us there was no one here to clean a shower never said a word to us . Coolers almost empty with drinks. Floors dirty not clean. Bathroom s not clean disgusting.

I love this truck stop great people and nice atmosphere. Corporate seriously needs to get on the phone with subway and inform them about what's going on because it is one of the worst rated subways in North America. I know many truck drivers that won't stop here because they want somewhere they can get food but don't want to deal with them. Also please bring back the meatloaf and Salisbury steak entrees to your hotplate. I used to stop in just for that so I would plan fueling to get it here so I could get food at the same time.

I have tried getting subway in the morning many times for lunch at work and the blond lady who I think is the manager either puts a sign up that says closed or tells you she isn't ready for customers. Even though they advertise they are open 24hrs. The most recent time she was literally making sandwiches and tells me " sorry I'm not ready, im only making these because I have to. It's for door dash." So if you want to order a sub for lunch you have to order online because she will not serve you. Meanwhile the sweet old lady at the Cinnabon stand is working her butt off and half the time covering the pizza place next to her if there are customers waiting and noone is at the counter to help them.

Clean fuel Islands. Clean store. Nice showers. I love this place. Lesley the cashier was super cool and very helpful. It's nice to get off the road, come to a place and get fuel and have friendly faces in a clean environment. I didn't get other people's names but all the other staff members were pretty cool too. I wish all Flying J's were like this

Super nice staff, especially the cahier who took care of my use of the showers. They were very clean and spacious. The clean towel set was a nice touch. The crew at this was so great, I joined the rewards program. While doing so, I discovered Flying J offers a Military discount. All I had to do was verify through the aoo using IDme. Now Flying J will become my go to stop when I travel. And all because of a super nice cashier. Thank you so much. 😀
