This is such a beautiful and welcoming place! The customer service is truly 10/10. Every time we call to make an appointment, Aynette always does her best to find a time that works with our schedule and is convenient for us. Johana, the groomer, is amazing and always leaves our pups looking absolutely beautiful. 🐶❤️ We also really appreciate that they always take the time to let us know if they noticed anything about our pets or how they behaved during their grooming appointment. What I love the most is that they genuinely take their time with each dog. Our pups are usually ready in about 2 hours, which is something we really appreciate. They are not like other places where you have to leave your pet there for the entire day. As soon as you walk in, the place smells so nice and everything is always beautifully kept and well organized. You can really tell that they care about the environment and, most importantly, about the pets they take care of. We are extremely happy with the service and the care they give our pups. We definitely recommend this place! 🐾❤️

I tried doing my mother a favor dropping & picking up her dog. They called me once the dog was ready to be picked up, to which everything seemed fine. However once I arrived there, they hit me with the surprise “we have to charge you $25 more because she was too knotty”. A short hair husky mind you. I expressed that it would have been courteous to tell me on the phone call rather than surprise me while I was there. Then I received a nasty attitude from the girl, saying that it wasn’t their job to inform the customers of price increases. Not your job??? Is it not your business??? What if I didn’t have the money??? Then I corrected myself, & told her that she ACTUALLY should have called me beforehand to see if I approve of the $25 upcharge before continuing the service. To which there was even less sincerity to. I’m just supposed to trust that the dog was “too knotty” ?? So the business model is “tell customers at the last minute there’s an upcharge & give them an attitude when they take issue with that”. Extremely unprofessional. My family will never be back.

Fluffy Pets is AMAZING! 🐾 They always treat my little dog like family, and she came out looking and smelling incredible. The staff is friendly, patient, and clearly loves animals. My anxious pup left happy — that says it all. Highly recommend

Great place! My daughter started taking my Toy Poodle Stella, here to get groomed for a couple of years now. For the most part they do a great job. They groom my dog how I ask them too. Sometimes they do leave her head with too much her, but it's no big deal. I cut it down at home. I do recommend this place! The price it's decent. It's also close to my home. Friendly service! Thank you!!
