Floof Grooming Salon

Hannah at Floof was so great with my new rescue Wiley! I wanted him really short and neat for this hot weather but wasn’t sure what cut / length to ask for. They were so patient with me explaining lengths and cut details. My boy is so handsome now and hopefully will be able to stay cool in this heat. Highly recommend ❤️

My pup loves coming to Floof! We’ve been regular for ~1 years. He knows the Floof team and gets excited to come in for his appointments. The team makes every visit warm, welcoming, and easy. Drop off and pick up is always quick. They’re very quick and don’t keep him longer than necessary, so I don’t worry about him. They do a great job with his grooming, he always looks perfect, smells great, and above all, he’s always happy and not stressed after a visit! We love the Floof team and are extra happy to be supporting such a great local business!!

I think I started taking my poodle boys, (a miniature and a toy), to Floof shortly after they opened, as my former groomer had gone out of business. While I've always been happy with the job they've done on my babies, they just seem to be getting even better! After their grooming, when they greet me, they are so clean, soft and fluffy! The staff are very friendly, they always work my guys in and out around my schedule. They let me know if they find something that might need attention by me or my veterinarian. Based on my previous experience and prices I checked in the area while searching for a new groomer, the fees for getting my kids cared for are reasonable. Their current location is convenient and easy to find. Floof checks all the necessary boxes for my precious boys and me!

Highly recommend!!! Love this place so much! I have a big boy Roscoe- shedding is his full time job. Floof has done wonders deshedding him, he’s treated like a prince when he’s there. He’s had some bad experiences in the past at other groomers- him and I are very comfortable with how sweet they are to him. Prices are great! Scheduling is easy and they communicate so well abc quickly! We will be customers forever.

I’ve been bringing my dog to Floof consistently for the past three years. For his most recent appointment, I specifically asked to confirm that Stephanie—who had been grooming him for the last two years—would be doing his groom. I was not informed that she no longer works there. While that was disappointing, I was completely fine with it and even open to having someone new groom him. I was also given a specific time to return and pick him up. However, when I arrived at that time, I was told it would be another 30 minutes to an hour. This led me to believe that my dog had not been started at his scheduled appointment time. Unfortunately, when I eventually saw him, the groom looked nothing like what I had asked for or the reference photos I provided. While that was frustrating, it was not the most concerning part of the experience. When I arrived, my dog was sitting in a glass crate, visibly shaking. I watched as someone walked by and throw a backpack directly on top of the crate while he was inside. I stood at the front desk for approximately ten minutes while multiple employees walked past me without acknowledging me. When someone finally came to the desk, they asked which dog was
