Albany is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Albany follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

Cool tech, friendly and extremely knowledgeable staff, had my weird size in stock, feet now feel amazing, and I could pay with my HSA card. I highly recommend this store and especially Dylan for being a wonderful salesperson. Thank you!

I have been going here for years. At first I was not impressed by the price, the shoes are expensive and because I have clown feet, the colors are never what I want. With that being said, you get what you pay for (and there's a loyalty program). The customer service is top notch and the employees are very knowledgeable. I went there today with a broken pinkie toe looking for a specific type of sturdy toe box, and Jay was working and was very helpful.

Thank you to the employee at Fleet Feet that gave me my first actual shoe fitting in my entire life, and introduced me to insoles! Literally life changing. I had a great experience coming here and was given excellent service and was treated with patience and no judgment. I got an awesome pair of shoes and some cool shorts. They are also dog friendly which was great, I was able to bring my dog along and go straight to our walk afterwards. Thank you fleet feet!!

Super seamless experience. Had a bunch of questions and Chris (the associate who handled us) was very knowledgeable and responsive to each and every question. We spoke about shoes, flat feet, socks, apparel, etc… Definitely walked in thinking it was a bit of a gimmick but I’m happy to say I am very surprised and would definitely recommend others to this location.

Jihad was so helpful when I stopped in today. As soon as I walked in the door he greeted me with a smile ready to assist. We spent about 30 minutes together doing the complimentary food scan and walking pad to make sure I got the best shoes for my need. He heard me in my needs, color preferences, and paint points of never finding my shoe size in stores as a woman who wears 11-12. He located three different brands for me to try and they all fit so nice! I did go with the men’s new balance 1080 for two reasons 1- I don’t mind wearing men’s shoes as I find they tend to fit my foot more to my liking and 2 - I was overwhelmed with joy and comfort as soon as I put them on. I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone looking for walking/running shoes. The store is clean and full of great energy! If you plan to stop in, give yourself 30-45 minutes to ensure you’re able to talk about all of your needs and allow the employees to brain storm due to their large selection.
