The help & service in the Way Park, Minnesota was exceptionally helpful. I had back surgery no lifting and they were able to pick up the battery on the rack to the cart. I needed & got the carts guy to put it in back of the truck.

It's massive in size and a bit confusing to navigate. I spent an hour wandering around looking at stuff and bought several things I didn't need by the time I left. Reception is terrible too, so trying to look anything up on the app while in the store is impossible. I did end up starting my Spooky Town collection this year though, so that's something at least. :) We also had quite a bit of fun with the shark attack Gummi mix.
