Good selection of goods. Exactly what you expect when going to a big box type store. Very nice fire arms section. Staff seems fine, however have yet to need them for more than help with getting chick's.

Very large. Very clean store. Well organized and knowledgeable staff. Stop in for sporting goods, the best suet "bird tweet", grilling accessories, tools, materials and even a comfy couch. Best griots selection around. Griots. Doesn't matter how you pronounce it. Even the owner doesn't care. Just try it.

If I could post and give you guys a 0/5 I would. Why have employees answering the fleet farm phones if they can’t give correct information to a customer. It took 3 employees to find out that you guys simply didn’t have an item even though we called and got told you had multiple. We bought a 42inch barn fan because the 48inch wasn’t there at all. Couldn’t even give me a complete answer on if the item was in the back or if we were supposed to take the display. We got to the checkout and the cashier seemed very confused as well. He told us to wait and they’d bring it up, which also took a hot minute. Truly do better, that’s all I have to say.

Katherine from the auto department at the store in Eau Claire WI went above and beyond to help me. I so appreciated. I called to check into getting a battery. She brought a battery and bolts up front so all I had to do was pay and pick up. Those you can't get from drive up order. I want to THANK her!!! Keep up the great job.
