Horrible customer service. Much is needed in this Avenue. I received a very short inquiry for my possible intended purchase but before I could reply the fleet farm representative had walked away #1... Once the selection was made of what would've been purchased the same rep. was requested to complete this transaction. Attention to details this rep. was very skeptic for this purchase as if they were uncomfortable #2... ATD Now the purchase is about to begin and as expected the rep ask again the exact same questions previously answered ensuring that I am aware that they are uncomfortable saling this product. Now its obvious they don't want or feel ok with this transaction. Now management is requested to possible smooth over this unnecessary issue but nada. There's an an attempt to explain this employees reasons for his actions. (ATD actions being louder that words) I've done many many jobs/duties in customer service and this is a horrid experience. More information and simple skills are needed with this manager (Mike) and employee (Josh). Ask for door pizes for a children's orgized activity. (Not going to mention here) and was told no. Numerous other places around town donated! Scheels, Runnings, Menards, Tractor Supply, and Dick's Sporting Goods. Fleet farm refused to donate even a $5 item. I refused to shop there because of the extremely high prices but now I won't even go there looking for anything.

Absolutely Love this Fleet Farm . EXTREMELY CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. Employees are amazing knowledgeable and helpful with whatever you need. They will go above and beyond for you the customer , even for your pets, Service Dogs, Farm Animals... They even have amazing healthy plants... Indoors and Outdoor.

Love the store! But... the car wash is less than desirable. It has no pressure, so doesn't clean my vehicle very well and leaves streaks. I live north if bismarck and thought having a car wash on the way out of town was an amazing thing until I tried this one. I don't plan on returning unless it gets better.

I just bought a healthy looking honey crisp apple tree and had great help from the person working in that area to load my tree and make my checkout simple and hassle free. A fair price on the tree as well!
