This is how my golden doodle looked after yesterday’s grooming. They didn’t do his ears and shaved the stomach halfway to upper body. Do not bring your dog there pls.

Do not and I repeat DO NOT go to this Salon. I’ve been here 4 times. The first time the older lady made passive aggressive comments about how my rate which I was quoted shouldn’t have been that rate to the groomer while I’m standing right in front. The second time I once again was quoted a rate and a bigger white lady made a comment how I shouldn’t be getting that rate because my dog is old. The third time I went they once again brought up that he was too old to be having that rate which was quoted. The fourth time and final time I dropped off my baby and within 15 min of dropping off I was texted “hey can you please pick up your dog he’s not doing ok he’s too old.” I arrived within minutes because I was in the parking lot still and they give him to me completely soaking wet and said “he had a seizure” I am obviously on high alert since this is my baby and I ask to clarify if he truly had a seizure and they said no he just peed himself but we don’t want to continue because he’s too old. At this point I’m furious and scared. I respond to which I have never been happy with the service there. How they’ve always made comments in front of me that he’s “too old” and why would they say he

Yani is an excellent groomer. She grooms two of my three dogs and always takes good care of them. She has excellent customer service and is always willing to accommodate our schedule. My pups always leave super happy with a nice bow tie or a handkerchief around their necks. I will continue to bring my pups here to get their grooming.

Yani always does an AMAZING job with my little girl! She's been grooming her for years and I can't imagine bringing my dog to anyone else. She's always so gentle and my dog comes home looking and smelling fantastic. Yani always takes special care of my dog since she has anxiety and a sensitive back. She makes my dog feel safe and gives me comfort knowing she's in loving hands. She also let's me know right when she's done so my Schotzie girl doesn't sit in a cage for hours. Yani is very professional, attentive, and passionate about her job and our fur babies.

I have been bringing Teddy, my toy poodle here for 3 years. I have been very pleased with the kindness of the groomers and the job that they do. My dog can be difficult with others but they take the time to make it a positive experience for him and myself. His regular groomer left after many years there and the person who grooms him now is Kaylyn. She is a kind and wonderful groomer/person. She has attention to detail and communicates with me as soon as he is done.i look at the other little dogs that are there when I go and they are talked to or treated like they are their own pets. I give high regards to this shop.
