Elizabethtown is in Kentucky, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Elizabethtown follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. I've taken a couple classes at Fitness Classroom & loved the total strength class!! Belinda had a good balance of weights, cardio & abs! The quarter breakdown also made the workout go by quickly! Because of the small class sizes it makes you feel like she's you're personal trainer! Highly recommend!

I went to one class with a friend and have been hooked ever since. I work in Elizabethtown most days but I do not live here. I drive 40 minutes out of my way some days just to exercise here. There are gyms & classes closer to home, but the atmosphere & people here are why I come back. The workouts are always changing so we don’t get bored or used to them. They have a good variety of workouts also! Very friendly & motivating. They have amazing prices & personal training also! Definitely work a try
