Fetch and Fancy did such a great job with my German Shepherd Doodle even with his complex coat! High quality groom at affordable cost with wonderful supplies inside! The staff was so friendly and helpful with our little Jake’s experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! ❤️🐾

We had a fantastic experience today at Fetch & Fancy grooming our two Aussiedoodles, Gypsy and Wesley! 🐶🐶 Wesley is usually a little nervous when it comes to grooming appointments, so I was concerned he might be a challenge. However, Megan, his groomer, was absolutely wonderful! ❤️ She was patient, caring, and clearly knows how to make dogs feel comfortable. I was thrilled to hear that Wesley did great and even gave her a few kisses during his visit! 🥰🐾 A special thank you as well to Meghan, the store manager, who was incredibly welcoming and helped make the entire experience smooth and enjoyable from the moment we walked in. 😊 Both dogs looked amazing when they were finished, and it was obvious they had been treated with kindness and care throughout their visit. We truly appreciate the outstanding customer service and attention to detail. If you're looking for a groomer who genuinely cares about your pets, I highly recommend Fetch & Fancy! 🌟🐕✂️

I'm a big advocate for supporting local businesses, and had looked around for a good place for me to get supplies for my cats (that wasn't a chain pet store!). Most places I looked didn't have much cat stuff, but this place has a selection of what I was looking for. I was mainly in the market for clumping litter that wasn't clay (I hate the dust...), and they had a couple of options there! They recommended the bamboo litter and my cats and I love it :) I'm transitioning to a new place and it was nice to find a great option for alternatives for products that I used to use, but can't find available in Lincoln. My experience in-store was also great! The two people working there were so kind, and I was able to meet the new manager (Megan, I believe). They helped me carry the litter out to my car and we had a nice chat. I think the interior needs some more sprucing up but otherwise they were very helpful! I would recommend this place for anyone trying to shop more local. Their inventory is quite smaller than chain stores, but I could tell they were educated about the products they do have. What a terrific experience! It’s a nightmare every time I have to take one of my dachshunds in for a nail trim. One groomer even refused to service him, she was afraid he’d hurt his back. He got his nails done to perfection, cut and filed down with a drummel. I am thrilled to have this done as he actually draws blood when we’re playing. Will definitely be going back!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Megan!! She was so professional & you could tell the dynamic there was very positive. I know personally the environment you bring your pet in to can make a huge difference. Megan’s experience & skill for making him feel at ease was so special. Also pricing: you REALLY get what you pay for! I’ve taken my dog to a couple groomers while looking for a good fit and I can say with confidence that my boy and I are definitely looking forward to coming back!
