Louisville is in Kentucky, in the Southeast, where summers are long, hot and humid, winters are mild, and afternoon thunderstorms and the hurricane season from June to November can change plans at short notice. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Louisville follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

My daughter and I went in to look at Hermit Crabs. She has one and wants to get a buddy for hers. It was beyond pathetic, the conditions the hermit crabs at the Baxter Avenue store in Louisville Kentucky were in. First off there's no heating element whatsoever. Secondly, there's no sand, they've got them in dirt. There is supposed to be a water bowl with salt water and fresh water because they need to clean themselves. And there was hardly any regular water in the cage. They need things to climb on. It is literally a tank that was cold, not a proper setting at all, and they looked pathetic. We did speak to a gentleman that was working there, and he was going to relay our concerns to the managers. Apparently two were in the back. Hermit crabs are very social, and they are very smart and can live a long time. This store needs to do better! After I posted this, a manager did call me and said that they received them in error and now they've made a better home for them. I will attach a photo of my daughter's hermit crab set up.

Went here to buy aquarium plants. They had a nice tank with algae free plant bundles and for a decent price. Was helped out by Noah who was very helpful and kind. Will definitely return soon!

Feeders Supply has been our go-to for pet food and supplies for 5 years now. Last night I tried Auto Ship for the first time. Placed my order around 10 pm and was shocked that it was at my door before 10 am. I could have waited a little longer, but am so impressed! Will definitely continue with Auto Ship. Thank you for the consistently great service, products, and prices.
