After recently moving to the area, I was nervous about finding a new groomer. Back home, I only had experience with two groomers; one amazing and one not-so-amazing, so finding someone I could trust with my dogs was very important. I am so happy I found Fancy Paws Grooming Salon! From the moment I walked in, the staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and professional. They took the time to answer every question I had with kindness, patience, compassion, and genuine knowledge. You can tell they truly care about both the pets and their owners. I brought all three of my dogs, each with completely different personalities and needs, and they all seemed happy, comfortable, and well cared for when I picked them up. I was especially grateful for the extra attention they gave my blind, diabetic dog. Knowing she was in caring and capable hands gave me so much peace of mind. The salon itself is clean, beautiful, and offers a wide variety of services and add-ons. It’s clear they go above and beyond to create a great experience for both pets and their people. I can confidently say we’ve found our new groomer. Thank you, Fancy Paws, for taking such wonderful care of my babies! 🐾❤️

Absolutely love fancy paws! We try to come every 6-8 weeks and they always have room to get us booked in. They take such amazing care of my girl, and I truly love the whole staff. I have never been unsatisfied with my pups sessions. She comes out clean and happy which speaks for its self, and gets so excited when she walks in. Spend the extra money and get the medicated anti-itch shampoo!! It was the only thing that got my girl to stop itching this pollen season!!

This is a great grooming salon. Professional, efficient, friendly AND they do a great job. If they have a question before a cut -they call. Text messages to confirm, remind, notify when the pups are done. Fair prices. Loving techs.

Heather is the best! I followed her from her previous salon to Lake Wylie! She groomed my sweet baby right up until he passed away! I let her know he passed so she wouldn’t think she had done anything wrong (her heart is just that big) and she cried as bad as myself. Then came my precious girl Miss Puddin’ now her and Heather they go way back she has been grooming my girl since she was 6 weeks old. She is 5 years old now. She loves her Heather! The salon is amazing! Always clean and neat! And all the girls are fabulous! We are just partial to our sweet Heather! 🩷 I couldn’t ask for a better place to take my baby girl!

We love Hannah, who is the best with our 2 Morkies. A big shout out to her ❤️ The service at Fancy Paws is 2nd to none, compared to other furry baby spas. The staff at Fancy Paws are professionals and everyone is very warm and friendly. I pray they continue to keep up the good work.
