Horrible customer service. I called to explain I had a emergency with my dog she suffered 10 seizures in under one hour and had to be hospitalized overnight. I asked if I could be refunded my desposit due to the emergency and I was told that it wasn’t their problem and that’s what the deposit is for. I’m super upset from tha response because it’s not like I wanted my dog to have seizures and be hospitalized. She didn’t even bother to apologize and it was clear from the rude tone in the lady’s voice that she did not care at all!

super rude! I called the number listed to explain I had an emergency visit to the hospital due to my dog suffering a various amount of seizures and they told me it wasn’t there problem and because I canceled one other time one year ago they couldn’t give me back my deposit. I started to get upset and explained to the lady how they could be so inhumane with an emergency such as this one especially since they work with dogs and she continued to try to justify this cause even stayed quiet and one point. I’m super disappointed and hurt because I really did like the groomer that attended my dog.

I used to do my grooming with Them for a long time and they implemented a new way of booking appointments which was by deposit incase of cancellation which is totally alright but my dog had unexpected seizures had a total of 10 and I had to take her to an emergency hospital. I called to inform them that my dog wouldn’t be able to be groomed and the lady who answered the phone was super inconsiderate and inhumane. I asked for the deposit back since this was a case of emergency of my dogs health not a cancellation for another reason. She told me that I have canceled before and I can’t get my deposit back that it’s not her problem. I’m super disappointed and disgusted to say the least. It is super clear they don’t care about your animals. If they would they would’ve implemented an emergency exception. If I could give 0 stars I would. 👎👎👎

I absolutely love this mobile grooming business! They come straight to your home, take their time and leave your pets looking like a million bucks!! They are reasonable (remember they are coming straight to your door), friendly, respectful, hardworking and professional. We’ve had two different people come. And they have both been absolutely fantastic. I have 8 dogs! 8! So I know what quality looks like and they do quality work. I’m so grateful for them and I hope your experience is as amazing as ours. #enjoy seeing your dogs transition into new doggies.

I don’t know where to start.. I have been taking Whiskey to this company for a long time and I don’t know what happened this time, but we asked for his hair to be trimmed but not like this.. This is not a hair cut, I don’t know how to call what they did to my dog. He had a lot of hair to do a beautiful haircut and this is horrible, I’m still in shock.. I started crying the moment I saw him. I just can’t believe it. They have to ask for authorization before doing this kind of looks. I’m extremely disappointed.
