Honestly disgusting how they chose to treat the dogs in their care, the very cute German Shepard puppy is malnourished CLEAR hip bones, ribs and spine are visible. But the adoption fee is $3,000 if only some of that money was actually going to feeding the dogs in their care. Not to mention absolutely no blankets to cover the wire grate in sight, all the dogs have to sleep in are litter boxes. Please do not get any pet from them it only gives more money to the breeders that are going to continue to perpetuate this neglect. Adopt don’t shop. I would love to see the day they get shut down and never have the chance to neglect another animal again.

Cases are small. No proper beds for the babies. Literal dollar store bins that take up half the case and blocks water access and food bowls. “The babies “sleep” in those” is what we were told….which they don’t. They are puppies and will be active. They chew on the bins and then lay on the wire grate style “floors” of the crate. And the “blankets” …dollar store. So incredibly SHAMEFUL. Image you laying on a metal wire dog crate. After how long does your ribs start to hurt bc bone on metal contact? You can complain-these puppies cannot. They said it takes 2-3 WEEKS before these innocent babies are adopted….PLEASE CHOOSE RESCUES - they have puppies on death row there that are only $100-200 vs double/triple the price at this place. Help shut places like these down! Do the right thing. Rescue, rescue, rescue! End animal abuse.

Update 8/29/26: Examined a German Shepherd there today. Store clerk tried to push her on me today with sales tactics. I get her reason for income. But the female pup clearly had kennel cough which is highly contagious to other dogs. Just another reason not to spend thousands of dollars for a dog that should be given away for free to a caring person willing to give a dog a better healthy environment. Never get a dog from a pet store. Find a reputable breeder where you can view and inspect all the puppies, parents and breeders to know what kind of dog you are getting. Pet stores like this usually get dogs with health problems or ones that won’t sell from a breeder. Take your time and do your research before buying a puppy from a pet store just because they are cute. All dogs in pet stores like this one should not cost more than what they spent to feed them. It’s just K9 trafficking.

I would not recommend. PETA is absolutely correct. My dog came from Kershner in Iowa who is the breeder I googled her name & she was charged for having a puppy mills & lost her license to breed & some wick way got it back. She also microchipped him to her address which is proof of everything & I should sue them for my $2600 back. Who in the world microchips dogs to themselves they’re selling but a scammer .. and then I can’t change it. The store was no help in helping me change it. But I will sue them blind if I ever have an issue cause it’s bull crap. Don’t buy a dog from here. I spent over $1000 getting him test etc cause he had kennel cough or whatever it is. They would not pay the bill.

our puppy passed away 3 months after we got her after being told she was healthy… i’m starting to now realize that puppies in any places in malls are subjected to such inhumane treatment/conditions and wished that I had done my research before getting her. I miss Lucy everyday
