My dog Ike loves going to Fairy Tails! Whenever we drop him off for a haircut he is always so excited to see everyone, wagging his tail and smiling. That is how I know he gets taken care of really well there. He has visited Fairy Tails around four times now and every time he comes home smelling and looking good. Staff is always very friendly and prices are not bad.

Customer service was great . Called in the morning got a sane day appt. I have a mini long hair dachshund who is very nervous from a past groomer experience. They took their time and got to know Zeus. They did not just try to bath him and cut his nails then push us out. NO they actually spent 3-4 hours with him just to get to know him and make him feel more comfortable. He came out looking and smelling great. And just as happy as he could be. Personally or us this is the best place to bring your pet to from Franklin to here . 10 outta 10

Elizabeth has been grooming my dogs for probably 10 years now! Starting with my childhood pup, Ozzie, she took very special care and treated him like family from the very beginning. For the last 5 years she's been grooming Charlie and Layla for me. They are both big dogs and big babies when it comes to bath time. Elizabeth and her team are so caring and passionate about all of the fur babies that come through their doors. Charlie is a Malamute lab mix and Layla is a German Shephard, the shedding is real!! Elizabeth helps me keep it under control and never makes me feels bad if his hair has gotten a little crazy. I know I can trust that they will be taken care of as if they are their own dogs. I cannot recommend Fairy Tails Grooming enough! Honestly to find someone you can trust to take care of your babies and do an excellent job bathing, brushing, clipping, cutting, teeth/ear cleaning, blow drying etc THEY DO IT ALL AND THEY ARE AMAZING. The dogs always come home handsome, happy & healthy, I can't ask for anything else. Her prices are competitive with big box salons and you get so much more here. I wish I could give them 10 stars. Super grateful for Fairy Tails.
