The service is extremely bad, especially the staff — they are rude and do not do their job properly. If you try to discuss anything with them, they yell at you, especially the white supervisor; I don’t know his name.

The prices keep going up and the service going down. Got the full service wash spent less then 5 minutes on my vehicle then when there down had to remove the towels out of my seat, left there spray bottle in the back and the vacuum tubes under my vehicle.

When you tell somebody take care of me and I'll take care of you you're supposed to hold up to your end of the deal. Your cleaning job was barely subpar but I'm not willing to bring my car to you guys again. If it was just something small that you missed I would understand it, but there were things that you did not even touched. You got my mats wet and put them back in the car and now the dirt is showing through them because they were not cleaned. You did not touch next to the seats. Very disappointing.

I went to Fairlane Car Wash on Michigan Ave for a full service wash, interior and exterior, and honestly, they didn’t even try. I paid $35 for the service and even tipped $20 on top of that, expecting good results. Instead, I left with a car that looked like it had barely been touched. The exterior still had spots, and the interior was far from clean. Dirt and debris were left on the carpets, seats, and in obvious areas like the doors, trunk, and floorboards. Even simple details like wiping down the panels or cleaning the door frames were ignored. The photos show exactly what I got after a so-called “full service.” For the amount I paid, including the generous tip, this was unacceptable. I will not be coming back, and I don’t recommend this place to anyone who cares about their car actually being cleaned.
