Love Fabulous Fido. We have three dogs. They treat them with respect each time we have appointments. They always do a nice job with grooming!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Five-Star Review for Fabulous Fido 🐾✨ I took my cat Sami to Fabulous Fido for a full grooming, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about this place. From start to finish, the entire staff was absolutely fantastic. 💛 They got me scheduled quickly, sent a reminder text 📱, told me the grooming would take about two hours, and then called me just an hour later to say he was finished! ⏰✨ The groomer was incredibly patient with Sami. She said the only sign of his anxiety was a little heavy breathing during the process — no fussing, no fighting, nothing! 😺💖 That alone is a miracle. Everyone there treated him with such care and gentleness, and it really shows in the results. Sami looks amazing. 🦁😍 They did a terrific job, especially considering how badly matted he was — particularly around his neck. I had no idea how bad it had gotten because he hates when I brush that area. Now he’s so much happier and lighter, and you can tell he feels so much better with all that matting gone. 💕🐾 I will absolutely be bringing him back to Fabulous Fido. This customer is extremely happy with the entire experience. 👍✨ And next time, I promise I won’t be more anxious than the actual cat g

I usually groom my girl myself cause she has bad anxiety but when I do get her groomed, I bring her here. They usually do a great job and all the girls are so nice. The only issue I have had is the last time I brought her in, they cut the pad of her foot a little and didn’t even tell me. Maybe they didn’t notice. Idk Regardless, they do a great job and next time I go in I will just mention it to them and I’m sure they will be more careful. No one is perfect. I love the job they do on her. (The picture is just me showing her off lol)

I had been to Fabulous Fido once before my last visit and never had an issue. This time, it was a nightmare. When I had scheduled the appointment 3 weeks ago to have my maltipoo groomed, they had booked me for 11:00am. I showed up with my 4lb dog 5 minutes prior to 11:00. I live 45 away so I had asked roughly how long I should expect to wait. They had estimated it to be 2-3 hours. After 2.5 hours, I returned back to pick up my dog. When I went up to the counter to ask if my dog was ready, (if not, I would wait a few since I was early), and they had stated that she was the next dog up to be groomed. SHE WAS THERE 3 HOURS PRIOR just for them to bring her out on the 3rd hour to START being groomed (why have an appt scheduled for 11am if they don’t start for 3 hours later?) RIDICULOUS! Then I waited an additional 10 minutes before they even brought my dog out to be groomed. When she was brought out at 3:00, they had told me that she likely needed shaved because her hair was matted. That morning she was digging holes in the back yard and had dirt stains on her legs and her hair had just gotten long and needed a good brush through. I believe they were too lazy to take the time to brush t
