In Whitestone, price depends on breed, size, coat condition and temperament: small short-coated dogs cost least, while doodles, poodles and double-coated breeds take longer and cost more, and matting adds a dematting fee. Ask whether the groomer is certified, how dogs are dried (cage dryers versus hand drying), whether rabies vaccination proof is required in New York, and how long your pet will stay. Most dogs need a groom every four to eight weeks. Saturdays and the weeks before holidays book up first, so schedule ahead and check the listing for hours, phone number and Google rating.

Whitestone is in New York, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. US addresses list the street number and name, then the city, state abbreviation and ZIP code, and Whitestone follows the same pattern; a suite or apartment number such as Ste 200 refers to a unit inside the building. The map link on this page shows the exact spot.

This groomer recently went under new management and I've been incredibly disappointed both times I've been. The old groomers were fantastic and the owners were attentive. However, now a days there's been a lack of attention to detail and general carelessness. Both times we took our dog in to get groomed he looked nothing like the reference photo we sent from our previous grooms. The first time I was more understanding as a new groomer needs to work out the quirks but the second time was frankly unacceptable. I had dropped my dog off and told the guy at the desk and groomer to match the photo and to leave the nails alone if needed, and if they try to cut the nails please only do shallow cuts and avoid the quick. I stressed repeatedly as my dog has had terrible experiences with groomers hitting his quick in the past. When I went to get my dog, not only did he not match the reference photo, but upon inspection I found his paw wet and his right dew claw entirely cut off with remnants of blood clotting powder. Were they ever going to tell me this or were they just hoping I wouldn't find out? Not only is hitting a dog's quick extremely painful but I also warned them about this going i

I’ve been bringing Chloe here since they first opened, and I’ve always loved their work. You can really tell they care for the dogs. Highly recommend!

Our chihuahua had never had a professional teeth cleaning. The vet wanted to sedate him. His teeth were so bad. Half hour at Eze Paws and his teeth are clean and beautiful. No sedation necessary and he was such a good boy. Reasonable price. Thank you. We will be back!

Melie, my Maltese, is always happy and peppy when she visits EZ Paws. This is Melie after her visit with the dental hygienist. The second picture is Melie after she has been groomed.
