Evergreen Carwash

Watch out for the vacuums.. tokens or card ONLY but there is NO token machine. Also there is no PRICE info, which I think is 1 dollar per minute. There is a label that says to press or it will keep charging, but it doesn't work right after you pay. It really needs a STOP sticker. And a beep every minute, or just a token machine or some instructions to go find someone.

Paint on my door got chipped going through this car wash last week wouldn't recommend. Update I've been in touch with them over email for weeks and it's not gone anywhere and this is the first I'm hearing about a "damage form" needing to be filed. Very frustrating and unclear on the procedure. Wouldn't recommend them once again.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Evergreen Car Wash I had a great experience at Evergreen Car Wash in Olympia and will absolutely be back. From the moment I pulled in, everything felt clean, organized, and easy to navigate. They offer a really solid setup with automatic tunnel washes, self-service bays, and high-powered vacuum stations, which makes it easy whether you want something quick or a more detailed clean. The equipment is clearly well-maintained and actually does what it’s supposed to do, which isn’t always the case at car washes. What really stood out though was the customer service. Jeremy, the manager, went above and beyond to make sure everything was running smoothly and that I had what I needed. You can tell he takes pride in the place and genuinely cares about the customer experience. That kind of leadership shows. Overall: • Clean & well-kept facility • Strong water pressure & quality equipment • Multiple wash options depending on what you need • Friendly, attentive management Huge thank you to Jeremy for being so helpful. It made the whole experience that much better.

I just drove through this car wash and the pre-wash was excellent. I actually called the company to find out the name of the person working. Nathan. Other car washes have employees who do the bare minimum or nothing at all. Nathan was thorough. Went all around the car with care. Just a really lovely and surprising experience.

As of May of this year, Evergreen was purchased by a new owner who renamed it and repainted it, and in my opinion, ruined it. I was a very happy customer for two years with a $40 month subscription and after it was purchased, it was very difficult to get the reader to accept my vehicle through the car wash. The staff was inept, so I took my business to a local competitor known as sure clean not only did I save $10 more per month, but I have hand dried glass, etc. a much better service. Damn, I’m reviewing my credit card statement and I see where Evergreen has been charging me $40 a month still after I have asked them twice to cancel my subscription. This is unacceptable and I’m going to contact the attorney general to let them know. Be very careful about giving them your credit card.
