I wanted to share anonymous feedback but unfortunately after the retaliation I faced from this school, I’m forced to go on record to share this with everyone. Please take a look at my nails for yourself and judge given the evidence. The student spend 4 hours doing these nails. I checked in at 2pm got done at 6pm. The student was assigned to me by the teacher despite me requesting another student. for some reason this student didn’t like me, they were very unprofessional, inexperienced and rude. And so was the teacher from nail salon here who was encouraging this rude behavior! The nail salon teacher and students validate each others mistakes and cover up for each other - they were talking smack about clients and other students from other departments. It was giving mean girls club. Anyways does this look like $70 dollars worth of service to you all?? I also tipped the students. This was supposed to be a redo but they were even worse than the original one! My nail broke and came off the very next day and just look at how thick uneven and bad it looks! I kept calling to ask for refund or have them redo again but they won’t give me refund nor redo! Literally waste of money and time

I have been coming to EBC since 2023 and have always had great experiences, which is why this was so disappointing to even post about. This was my third time in the nail department having to do a redo, and unfortunately, even after the redo, my nails still turned out like this. They charged me last week $40 dollars for gel nails and additional $10 for gel polish. For the redo they only do fill on one hand and the other a "new set" which was $20. During the redo appointment the instructor was validating her students who were very unprofessional, rude, and disrespectful throughout the process. Instructor kept making excuses for their student's behaviors and almost kinda "ganged" up on me with the way they were treating me and gossiping about me infront of me. As you can see in the photos, the student did a very poor job on my nails. Instead of stepping in to properly guide the student, the instructor allowed the situation to continue, and my nails ended up looking even worse. When I politely asked if one of the nails could be made straighter, the student raised their voice and responded with, "I know, I know, I got it," in a rude tone. Brenna Martinez’s (Brenna’s Buffing Bar) manicures are the BEST! I started seeing her early on and from day one she did the best work. She gave me great color recommendations when I didn’t know what to do and always did exactly what I asked for length and shape wise. Her attention to detail is unmatched and I get so many compliments when she does my nails. She’s fun to hang out with and does amazing work. She’s did my engagement nails (see pic) and they absolutely slayed!! 10/10 I recommend going to see her!! -Angela Lisovsky

Hana was amazing!!! She really took the time to make sure all the layers were falling perfectly, ends were even, and I loved the length. I was really comfortable and I could tell she loves her job. I would 10000/10 recommend her. She is phenomenal and as someone who is really picky, I love my haircut. Plus, she is super sweet and a delight! Thank you Hana!

Went into Evergreen Beauty last week to get a pedi done and I couldn’t be more impressed. My nail tech was Brooke, she helped me pick my color for my gel polish. (Which was super helpful for any newbie not knowing what to pick) I’ve never had someone put so much time and effort into making sure my experience was exactly what I needed. She was gentle, thorough, friendly, and so obviously talented! I mean look at these toes!! I’ll definitely be special requesting her every time I need a mani or pedi. Couldn’t be happier with my results.
