We could not be happier with Embark. Victor has been a godsend, thoughtfully looking after our somewhat temperamental cat -- always spending quality time with him and giving us detailed reports. It is such a relief knowing we can go out of town and everything will be taken care of. Can't recommend highly enough! We would be lost without Embark.

EmBark went above and beyond to care for our two kittens when they had ringworm. We had booked an extended family trip for the holidays before the kittens got sick and weren't sure what to do because they needed special care at that time. Victor and Juli had prior experience with this issue and knew just how to care for them during our absence. They gave us pictures and updates and I was able to relax and enjoy the holidays knowing they were in safe hands. Highly recommended!

Victor and Juli of EmBark are fantastic for pet care. I use them for daily walks and have taken advantage of them for pet sitting during international travel as well. My dog is a shy boy and slow to warm up to most people but showed none of his usual shyness when he met Victor and Juli. Further, during traveling I faced potential overnight flight delays and Victor not only helped provide additional care impromptu, but he also made me feel like my pup would be cared for in case of the emergency of severe flight cancelations. Prices are very fair and communication is fantastic. I'd highly recommend EmBark for any pet care needs.

We’ve been using EmBark for over a year, and I couldn't be more grateful for their service. They are consistently reliable and very reasonably priced. Knowing that our dog, Trigger, is in such capable hands with Juli provides us with tremendous peace of mind. Having volunteered at C.A.R.E. (the animal shelter in Skokie), I’ve seen Juli’s work with dogs firsthand. She is a true professional, and I’ve actually learned a great deal from her myself. Honestly, there’s an argument to be made that Trigger is in better hands with Juli than he is with me! I give EmBark my strongest possible recommendation.

We are so grateful for EmBark's expert services. The care and attention given to our kitty allowed the family to enjoy our time away. We enjoyed the daily updates, photos, and videos. It was comforting to see our kitty engaged and clearly bonding with Juli. It felt like a family member was caring for our loved one--couldn't be happier with all aspects of the services provided. Highly recommend and will definitely be connecting with EmBark the next time we are away.
