The best pet store experience I’ve ever had. The employees were some of the most helpful store attendance I have ever experienced. Any question I had if they didn’t know it they would find a fellow coworker to answer it for me. Even one guy was generous enough to call the store while he was on his break to answer one of my questions because he knew the best way to answer it. I will no longer be visiting big corporate pet stores and only be coming here for any future pet needs. Their prices were amazing especially, considering the quality. The beta I got has been experiencing no health concerns. His color hasn’t even changed, which shows that he was well taken care of while he was there. The plants we have gotten have not even melted because of how they were grown. The level of pride and care they put into their business truly shows!

the person with the drawn on mustache was super rude and was snarky with me about husbandry despite being wrong. i was trying to just correct myself and they snapped back. my boyfriend and i were uncomfortable and when we wanted help later on we went and asked someone else because we were avoiding interacting with that person again. the other person who helped us was great. but the person with blonde (?) buzz cut and a drawn mustache was rude for no reason. i’ve been here several times, unfortunately any other place to purchase what we need is too far. every time i come i have to turn my head to not look at the overcrowding of animals and lack of husbandry. i know a lot of people aren’t informed about the husbandry of exotics so they think places like this are great. while i can appreciate being able to get what i need from them, i only do it because it is too expensive and time consuming to go to another place (excluding the even worse place that is closer to fontana) honestly that one interaction though made it so i am considering not coming here again. I chose this store because it's open late, and my friend and I decided to each get a single rat (they live together with me). This is one of the few stores in the area carrying live rats. That being said. They are feeder rats, so if choosing for pets, choose personality carefully, and inspect for issues. We picked two little boys to avoid babies (not feeling up to 24 babies right now!) The workers brought the tanks down for us and basically let us take as long as we wanted picking out our rats. We took our time, maybe 10-20 mins, and looked through several tanks a couple times before choosing. Pretty happy with my choices. My friend got a young hooded rat around 5 weeks old who's super friendly and playful, and I picked a cute, laid back and slightly older dumbo boy who prefers petting over play. This shop is usually pretty well stocked. I've been here a couples times before this just to browse. Sometimes I'd buy a bag of treats from here and they'd let me dump it in the rat bins. They have a GREAT deal on common live feeder fish (8 gupps for a buck!) the rats I got were cheap ($6 sm and $8 med) and their cages and tanks are actually priced really comparatively well vs box store

César took amazing care of us. He was very informative. We always and only come here and we will be getting a natural down freshwater very soon only come to Elliott. It’s privately owned and amazing. I got a beta here for my two year-old and they treated us amazing and he’s thriving.

I love supporting family-owned businesses. I've been buying food and necessities for both my snake and cat here. I recently purchased a bigger tank for my snake, and they were very helpful in carrying it to my vehicle. All employees are quick to help customers, friendly, and kind. I will continue to shop here.
