Great service from Jonathan, helped me buy a promotion and explained about amenities I could use after washing my car, would definitely come back to this location

I come here about two times a month and 90% of the time there isn’t any towels available. Paying this service and not getting your moneys worth once you reach the car wash. People just sitting around talking to each other.

Had a great experience coming to El Car Wash. Alondra the Wash Tech, explained all their services and I decided to go with a monthly memebership as my car gets dirty throughout the week from debris in my work area. The staff even helped me take my bike rack off my truck and place it back on when I was finished. Great customer service I’d recommend 10 out of 10.

This is, without exaggeration, the worst car wash experience I’ve had in the United States. The level of service is unacceptable. Employees are constantly on their phones, completely disengaged, and offer zero assistance to customers. No guidance, no support, nothing. On top of that, there were no clean towels available, which is basic for any car wash. To make things worse, the washing equipment itself is clearly not functioning properly. My car came out poorly cleaned, and I ended up having to go somewhere else and wash it again. Total waste of time and money. What’s shocking is the huge difference compared to their West Hialeah location. The Doral location is on a completely different level — and not in a good way. If you value your time and money, avoid this place.

WARNING ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ ⚠️ READ THE LIABILITY WAIVER SIGNS THEY HAVE UP BECAUSE THEY WILL NOT COVER ANYTHING THEIR MACHINES DAMAGE OR KNOCK OFF YOUR VEHICLE. I'm a limousine chauffeur & was driving our newest to our fleet shared with us through a partner colleague. It's a brand new Lincoln Navigator with all the bells & whistles. I was told to run it through any of these car wash locations because it has a membership & keep it clean. I was running it through every other day & vacuuming it out. The day before yesterday the shark fin cover came off & after the workers pointed out the LIABILITY WAIVER signs I knew it was pointless to even attempt to speak to the mgr even though I got his number. I finished work for the day, topped off the fuel, got the car washed, went home to relax, but when I saw the shark fin cover missing, I immediately researched how important it is & the expense to replace it. The antenna, gps, & other electronic components are under it & are extremely vulnerable to moisture, dust, & debris. So I got back in & drove to retrace my steps to see if I could locate it on the str
