They do shady business at East Montgomery animal hospital. First and foremost I have taken my dog there few times for boarding and vaccinations. My dog doesn’t like it there at all. However, this time my dog is experiencing the knee pain and my boyfriend took her there first time on his own in my absence. They told him that she needs either surgery or laser therapy treatment. So, we went for her second appointment where we saw the same vet again to tell us the same thing. I understand our dog was due on vaccinations but that is out of the question when all we are worried about is her not feeling good on her legs. We could have gotten vaccinations done in the presence of another vet who was more qualified to look at her legs and tell us if she needed x-rays that day or not. Instead she charged us again to see her with no result and same information we got the first time my boyfriend took my dog to see her when the dog was in pain. Negligence at its best- my dog is still in pain now because her care is delayed by this kind of performance. We were expecting either x-rays performed or someone telling us what is the next step on her treatment process. Nothing was done other than vaccina

My pet boarded here for the very first time for 5 days and we were very pleased with their boarding. She didn’t come home smelling like she laid in urine. She was a little wet but not nasty wet, more like she had been in the rain and had gotten wet. My pet was not crying and squealing when I picked her up like in the past when I boarded her at another place she cried/squealed and whined all the way home but not with this facility. She got in the car and laid in the passenger seat calm and relaxed something she has never done. She’s usually really anxious after being picked up. So over all this boarding facility did an excellent job and if I ever need boarding again our pooch will definitely be going to East Montgomery Animal Hospital. Keep up the good work making our pooches happy ladies🐶

I can't tell you much we made appointments for 2 dogs we arrived on time were placed in a waiting room it was hotter than a match that day. After 30 45 minutes of sitting in room we all needed some water they had water for the dogs but not us. I was so thirsty I almost asked for a bowl myself. We wound up waiting for over hour and half. Once they told us the doctor was having to sedate one. But in the end we couldn't hold out any longer. Thirsty and it didn't look like anything was going to happen.

I have been using East Montgomery Animal Hospital for about 7 months. I initially thought I'd be working from home, and was so overwhelmed knowing I wouldn't be and needed to find a doggy daycare. I am so thankful for East Montgomery Animal hospital and technicians like Sydney. She's so personable and kind and gives me updates on Deacon all the time. She truly goes above and beyond, and you can tell it's more than a job,she loves animals. Sydney and Hannah are God sends, and it's so nice to have somewhere I feel comfortable leaving Deacon when I have to work or need to travel. I have no complaints about the service my dog and I have received and would recommend East Montgomery Animal Hospital to any dog mom or dad!Did I mention Dr. Savannah Mashburn is the BEST !!

Highly recommend East Montgomery Animal Hospital for boarding and grooming needs. Our 1-2y.o. mini-Aussie (Mickey) absolutely loved coming here and hated leaving. As a military family we relied on the friendly staff when we traveled. Can’t say enough. Give them a try.
