I took my cat here yesterday because I heard it was affordable however I think I’d rather pay full price than ever go here again. When I picked up my cat I can tell she was traumatized , she smelt of urine and only when I took her out of her carrier did I realize she was covered in urine and who knows how long she was in that state. I would think twice before coming here.

I took my cat here yesterday , and I can say my cat has been good but other than that the lady at the front desk was extremely rude. I would’ve thought since she is working with animals she must’ve been super nice but I guess not. It’s bad enough we’re already stressed about leaving our cats overnight that we have to deal with rudeness from the front desk. Do better

I brought in Green-eyes, a stray cat, to get spayed. I just picked her up this morning, and she seems to be healing very well. I like that they made sure to tell me to feed her lightly. The person at the front desk and everyone else who works there are doing a great job and provide a great service for the animals. We appreciate you! 🐈⬛

Well this is NOT a good first impression. I called this facility to ask about neutering for my puppy. The person answering the phone sounded as if she was half dead or sleeping, QUICKLY put me on HOLD for over 8 minutes. I FINALLY hung up. I decided if this is how they handle a simple call I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT want my puppy to be treated there. Think Twice before you go to this place.

Felt inclined to leave a review after being terrified reading the others. My 6 month old male kitten was just neutered there. Yes, we were forced to leave him overnight even though he wasn't a stray and was an indoor cat. Yes, the receptionist at the front desk is pretty short with customers and not forthcoming with information, however she is also stretched pretty thin. If you ask for aftercare instructions they are "light feeding the next day and pickup is between 8-10am." If you ask for a status update the day of, you get "he is resting comfortably, pick up is 8-10am tomorrow." There is absolutely no personalized attention for your pet. It is just an assembly line, and I'm pretty sure he was left in his carrier overnight because there was a wee wee pad in there, which he didn't use thankfully. The place also isn't the cleanest. All that said, they were over $400 cheaper than my regular vet and $100 cheaper than People for Animals which is where we took our dog. If you are looking for compassionate, personalized care and same day pickup, I would definitely go elsewhere, but if you're looking for a cheaper, but efficient service, this place will suffice. They got the job done, and
