Victoria very friendly and helpful. She helped me find, from their wide selection, a healthy food for my Millie. I'll definitely be returning.

Could not be more amazed with Rebecca grooming our guy! We adopted him a couple months ago from the Humane Society - and he hates it when we bathe or brush him. Needless to say, the thought of getting him groomed was anxiety-inducing. Rebecca worked a miracle with our guy - he loved her. Beyond thrilled with how he turned out, too. We are so thankful to have found her!:)

I feel welcome and comfortable every time I step in. I always leave confident in my purchase and wishing I could have selected even more of the unique treats they have to offer. They carry the best brands so I know my dog is getting the quality I want for her.

While I really enjoy supporting Earthwise Pets and appreciate having a local pet store, I wanted to share some feedback about customer service. There is a young employee at the front desk with curly brown hair who has come across as disengaged during our visits. On one occasion, my small child asked if they had dog ice cream, and instead of responding verbally or offering help, she simply pointed toward the refrigerators without explanation. The item was on the top shelf, which made it difficult for us to locate without assistance. Additionally, when I’ve asked questions about dog food, her response has been, ‘I don’t know, I have cats,’ which felt dismissive and unhelpful. I completely understand that no one can know everything, but a little more guidance, friendliness, and willingness to help would go a long way, especially in a store that’s known for its personalized pet care and knowledgeable staff. I hope this feedback helps improve the overall customer experience.

This is currently Milo's fave place, that he already knows how to go here by heart. Im glad that it's selling quite the selection of supplements and treats. And thank you for recommending beef cheek rolls; Milo has met his match with that one. Thank you!
